Butter cookies

I love butter cookies, I love making butter cookies, it’s cheaper than therapy and it keeps my hands busy.

I make it with 100 grams of sugar, 200 grams of butter, 300 grams of wheat flour, and I add cornstarch until it no longer sticks and can be shaped. It’s very easy to make, my only difficulty is getting the timing right to take it out of the oven, but I always manage. ;)
