Ill be honest, i opened the word generator, and before i set it to nouns only, i got “continuous”. And i Needed to use it because. Math!!
In math, a function f(x) is continuous if small changes in x means a small change in f(x). In common language, an action or an object is continuous if it doesn’t stop, break, or change.
In math, continuity/the real numbers kinda freak me out. Theres too many numbers!!! In too small a space!!! where did you fit them all… wdym theres just pull a number out of your ass thats “close enough”..
but all the functions worth talking about are continuous.. at least somewhere.
in the colloquial sense, i still am scared of it. one of the things that keeps me going is the fact that everything will end or change eventually, for better or worse. new things to see, etc. and this is just the opposite of that. but that’s my own issue, and I wont hold it too hard against it for that.
i like it! it scares me, but fear is a good thing sometimes.
