Truthfully I was thinking of an entirely different color scheme than the typical bitter rabbit lines. I had thought of pinks and creams?
Although I don’t believe I have any dark colored stuffed toys.. but what dark colors? Ugh.
Dune looked up to the Ninetales as it now stood above her, “Why would I not have a physical body?” she asked, “Doesn’t everyone have one?” The Ninetales scoffed, “Dodging the question I see and no if you’d come here the regular way you wouldn’t have physical body.” Dune shrugged, “Bold of you to assume I know the answers to your questions in the first place, I just walked through that rift and before I knew it, I was here and the way back had closed up behind me.”
The Ninetales stared at Dune intently and she started to feel quite uncomfortable under it’s gaze. After a while it looked up, “Curious, you don’t seem to be lying, but that would mean somemon had to open a portal for you and that’s impossible. Only Azazel has the power to open such portals and he’s been missing since ten years ago.”
“Oh,” Dune replied, then she thought for a second, “What about Seraphore, they have some of Azazel’s power right.” The other Mon stared at her. “I suppose he could also do it,” it admitted, “but what reason would they have?” Dune smiled awkwardly, “Well that’s a long Story and you probably won’t believe it anyways.” she said.
“Try me.” the Ninetales replied. And so Dune told her story. Of how she had died so many moons ago and how Seraphore had brought her back, … somewhat. How she had traveled the world since and of the Mon she had meat since then and the events that had unfolded around her, up until the moment she had met her current listener on this hill in another Dimension.
The Ninetales listened no emotion showing on their face one way or the other. When Dune finished the Ninetales nodded, “You were right, normally I wouldn’t believe any of this.” it fixated Dune, “But right now it explains a lot. All the oddities I notices about you, all the strange events that started happening recently.” It paused. “So you believe me?” Dune inquired. “Reluctantly, but yes.” the Ninetales replied. It looked of into the distance, like sunken into deep thought.
Dune looked at it, she didn’t even know who this mon was and yet she could tell that it was powerful beyond believe. Then it spoke again, “Regardless, you can’t stay here. This place wasn’t made for the living and it’s also not suited for the undead. Still we can’t just send you back whence you came, for multiple reasons.” Dune had to second that sentiment.
“Could you contact the being that’s currently lending you their life force?” the Ninetales inquired. Dune hesitated, “Like I did back then with Seraphore? … I can try, but can he even reach me here?” Silence followed. “Right, they wouldn’t be able to just create their own portals and this dimension is much more removed from the others then is Seraphores. You probably can’t even contact them from here.” the Ninetales mumbled.
Dune got the impression that the other Mon was talking more to itself at this point as it continued to murmur. “The best place to call out would be one of the spirit palaces, but she won’t be able to find one on her own.” it shot a short glance towards her, “And I can’t just bring her there either, I have duties to attend to.” Then it’s ears perked up, “That’s it!” it shouted.
“I’ll get you a guide, they can show you the way instead.” And with that the Ninetales shot up and sped away into the distance. Dune looked after it surprised, but didn’t try to give chase. A guide would be useful she thought as she rested her head on her paws. While she hadn’t been here for long, she knew she had already managed to get lost. She didn’t even remember the way she came from.
She could feel herself slowly drifting to sleep. At first she tried to fight it, scared to not wake up again, but then she shook that thought. She had felt more alive ever since she came here and it was an opportune moment for a nap. Her thoughts drifted to the guide the Ninetales was currently fetching, she wondered who it would be, but then sleep finally overtook her and she dosed off.
In her dreams, Dune saw the recent events, the Rift, the Hollows and the Intruder all made an appearance. She had nightmares where they were ripping apart her friends while she could only watch helplessly. She jolted awake, she was still on the grassy hill she’d fallen asleep on. Though she noticed she was no longer alone. A few feet from her stood a Flareon and watched over her. Dune felt a strange sense of recognition and the Flareon smiled.
“How much you have grown.” it said warmly, “I never imagined I’d get to see you again so soon. … My beautiful little girl.” And suddenly Dune knew who this was. She jumped up to hug him and through the tears she whispered, “…Dad.”

DELTARUNE (Part 10) - Freeing jEVIL
Susie finally figures out that something weird is going on.

I finally got some time to make a proper mock up of the new plush design. The cat design was the most popular suggestion so I went with that.
I am having a bit of difficulty deciding on colours.. I figured if the design was chosen by the public, the colours might as well be as well.
I am also transcribing my notes below.. I am aware my handwriting may be a bit messy..
[[MORE]]Notes:
-whiskers, painted/yarn?
-smile, more feline
-fur patch on top of head comes back
-round tummy, follow bitter rabbit model
-wire in tail? poseable but uncomfortable
Bubsy: Less Bad Edition (Part 1) - Bun Horns
Believe it or not, we rushed to get this thing out and on YouTube before anyone else and we succeeded… only for me to make the video unlisted later so I could edit it into my usual nonsensical video style.

The Wind blew across the wide plains and caused grasses and Trees to bend in it’s path. As it hit a cliff it was forced up and picked up dust and debris on the way. At the top it collided with the still horizontally blowing winds from up there and created a small vortex. Dune was promptly hit by the resulting dust devil. Though as a Ground-type she didn’t mind the bit of dirt.
She had been standing on top of this small cliff for a while now. After the dimensional Rift that had brought her here had closed again, she had wandered around aimlessly for a bit, but when she’d reached this place she’d stopped to organize her thoughts. Her head still refused to fully process what had happened. The gaping hole in the sky, the hollows in numbers bigger than she’d ever seen before and above all that, the unmistakable silhouette of the Intruder ominously lurking behind the Rift.
She had seen them descend upon Hero’s Port, but there was nothing she could have done about that. Now she wondered, had the town been destroyed, had some Mon managed to escape or had it been a complete massacre? She shook of these thoughts, what good would it do to ponder such possibilities, it was to late now anyways. Still that didn’t answer the question of how this could have happened in the first place.
Dune let out a deep sigh, how long had she stood here now mind churning to come up with some kind of explanation for what she had seen. And yet no conclusion could be reached. She sat down and started to take in the surroundings. “I should first figure out where I am and what I can do next!” she said, more to herself than anything, but it helped her focus.
Finally she took in her surroundings. It was a truly stunning scene, vast grasslands and emerald forest stretched below her. There where flowers in all colors of the rainbow and rivers flowing trough the land. The sky above was the brightest azure she had ever seen, but despite that the sun stood low and bathed the whole land in the pleasant light of a late afternoon.
She took a deep breath and felt the air rush trough her lungs. It felt like breathing in life itself and for the first time in months Dune felt genuine warmth coming from within her own body. She hadn’t felt warm like this since the fight with those five hollows all the way back at Snow Point and for a short while she felt like all was right again.
Unfortunately though, the felling was short lived, as once this warmth had settled in, she also started to feel all the wounds she had sustained since that very battle. And while it wasn’t really that painful, it was still quite unpleasant and she let herself sink to the ground as her legs gave out beneath her. Still, she took the fact that she could feel all this right now as a really good sign.
“Now if only I knew where I am.” she sighed and looked up into the sky. At least it seemed to be safe, no rifts opening out of nowhere spitting out thousands of hollows, or anything like that. Suddenly someone answered her question. “Well young soul, you find yourself in the outer expanse of the Glory, Azazel’s holy realm.” a voice explained from slightly to her left.
Dune filched a bit, as she hadn’t actually expected an answer. But since she still felt weak and the voice hadn’t sounded hostile, she just replied with a short, “Oh, … um.” There was a short silence, then she heard steps and the one who had spoken walked into her field of vision. They where a Ninetales, with shiny gray fur and unusual golden eyes. They sat down right in front of Dune.
Dune scanned the other mon, then she asked, “You said Azazel? As in the Azazel, son of Gaia and the Great old One of Life and Existence?” The Ninetales nodded, “The very one, you seem to know your legends.” Dune chuckled a bit, “My partner is obsessed with the old Myths and Legends, I just naturally picked up a thing or two.”
The Ninetales got closer, “Well that explains that, but there is still one more question to ask.” it’s eyes narrowed, “How, in Gaia’s name, did you get here? And how do you still have a physical body?”

Desscaras one-upping herself! OMG!!! SHE IS THE GOAT!!!!
With the blessing of Sphene, Kyurem had managed to find his way into Firnus’ home, a cold and quiet place hidden between towering treetops, the borders of reality and dreams mingling together. The sky was held in a state of perpetual twilight, and the clearing was lit up by floating, bobbing lights encased in warm ice. They reflected off the pure white snow, shimmering like stars as they floated by.
Firnus had felt it the second another had entered their domain, exiting the small cave the clearing circled. They stepped over the moat of flowing water—which should have been long frozen by now—and stepped forward to greet their guest.
As they moved into the dim light, more unique details on Firnus’ body could be made out. Four stumps rested where wings once were, two above their remaining pair and two below. On their chest, the faint outline of three indents could be spotted, small and circular, as if something had been pried from Firnus’ scales.

“Greetings to you as well,” Firnus offered in turn, “I have not had the pleasure to meet another of my kind. It is wonderful to make your acquaintance.“
They mused over Kyurem’s question. “Docile,” they murmured, “Yes, I suppose to outsiders, we may be considered docile. However, it is a result of our unique nature and creation which has shaped us so. I am of the more quiet variety; I do not seek out conflict or attack at the slightest of provocation, though my status certainly helps in that regard. Therefore you are correct in the assumption that I am more like Sphene. Here, in the place where Reality and Dreams meet, I am seldom bothered.”

“If I may be so bold in asking, was it solely curiosity which brought you here? Or would you like to speak more about differences and similarities alike? I must admit, I would be happy to discuss with you more, if you would indulge my curiosity.”

Firnus is now available for asks! Their reference will be linked in the pinned post soon.

“Ah, hello there!” Sphene greeted the Reshiram with a smile. “Yes, you heard correctly, I was once mortal. I was a human in fact! However, I was not alone. I ascended alongside my two partner pokemon, who became Latios and Latias respectively.”
“It happened in large part by the will of the wind, as the Court of Gales found me worthy for restoring them and their physical forms. This guy over here—” she gestured towards Zondus nearby, “—was actually one of the major voices who vouched for me, especially early on in my journey. Things were a mess back then, so my work was recognised and honoured,” Even if becoming a Legendary hadn’t even been a thought in her mind at the time. But alas, it was either become a Legend or die of her wounds, and she still had more to give, more to do. At least she had help adjusting to such a drastic change.

“Hoho, why hello there young lady!” Zondus greeted her jovially, “No need to fret, I understand I’m quite the unique sight. Why, I’d be mighty surprised if you had seen another like me!”
At her question, Zondus nodded in approval, “Ah, so you picked up on that! Well, it makes sense some others wouldn’t know about it, especially considering your, ah, unique arrival here, yes? Your guess is partially correct. When I mentioned a Court, I was in reality referring to the Court of Gales, where rulers, creators, and maintainers of all winds gather to discuss all things related to our domain. Its members both include me and our lovely Rayquaza over there,” he explained, gesturing towards Sphene. “Though it’s primarily attended by us Spirits, on occasion Legends are invited to take part, though their duties usually lie elsewhere. Does that answer your question dear?”
