Holy shit.
I biked (mostly walked) much farther than I’m used to and. I think I’m being held up by sheer force of will
It kept raining and then stopping and them starting back up again
Oh my god
Itching my ears have been burnt off from the wind
Almost i want is a cold lemonade and a hot shower and fresh clothes
I have regrets
Just because it’s convenient doesn’t mean it should exist. “Oh but I need amazon because I’d have to go to the store–” don’t care, go to the store.
“But I need porn because I’m single–” get off on your imagination. Or find someone to have sex with. Be lonely for a little while like a normal person instead of supporting an exploitative industry.
“We can’t build walking/biking infrastructure! I need my car for everything and not walk/bike anywhere ever because it’s hot/cold/rainy/dry/snowy where I live–” suffer the elements like a human being for Gods sake. Wear weather appropriate clothes. I stg people of all political backgrounds can be so fragile and will always choose convenience, even if it’s the morally worse thing between two options.
Yesterday I was scheduled to interview at Culver’s. I decided to ride my bike. Judging by the number of times I almost got hit, that was a questionable choice.
I started off at McDonald’s getting a $1.30 McChicken. I refilled my Diet Pepsi at Taco Bell.
hdr
I passed Zesto, an ice cream place. There used to be one in the zoo, and my family and I would get a large chocolate and vanilla swirl ice…

It was way quicker and because my gear shifter is busted atm (I’ll fix it one day) it was way rougher than it should have been. Turns out having the seat higher when you’re tall makes it SO MUCH EASIER. Too bad I didn’t learn that until the ride home.
It was barely a mile and a half of biking and it killed me physically.
I went from biking 37 miles in one day when I was 15 to nearly dying today.
Gotta remember my cardio will hella improve the more I do this.
I usually don’t like bikers but that’s because they’re rude to PEDESTRIANS OF ALL PEOPLE
Anyway PLEAASEE I NEED BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE THAT FUCKER IS WAY TOO CLOSE TO THE GIANT HULKING METAL BEAST OF A CAR
The air is still pleasantly cool, but we’re not in Snowmaggedon anymore. The birds are chirping. There is a nice breeze.
I still wish more of Fort Wayne was bike-able. I have several interviews. I can bike to Culver’s and the two Pizza Hut locations I applied at. I cannot bike to IHOP. If I get an interview at BioLife Plasma, no biking to that.
Tomorrow Pizza Hut has $3 personal pan pizzas.…

I really want a bike so bad…I’m saving up. Its finally cool enough to go outside more!!!
