Asterix scowls a bit. Walking anywhere else would put him near other villagers and he does not want to talk or see their searching gazes. He swallows harshly. 

“Are you kicking me out?”

He asks the druid bluntly, wiping the blade fiercely.

“You scared Obelix last night. And I think it would help you reset your mind.”

Asterix frowns.

“So that’s a yes.”

He says shoulders curling up to his ears. Getafix gently touches him.

“It’s me as a friend saying that a full retreat from the village is unhealthy. Especially for someone as active as you, Asterix.”

Asterix huffs.

Look, while Odin looks like the fruitest, twinkest, margarita-esque, but he’s also secretly an hyper-advanced computer who made himself a new body just to fit in (and impress his Duck Avenger crush).

Meanwhile Caesar, while very badass and having fought several wars, is now …an old man from the Antiquity . Even if he could punch Odin, what could he do ? At the very worst, Odin could just pull himself back into a data bank or whatever and reform. Meanwhile Caesar is vulnerable to stab wounds, as history taught us.

The one thing I could see in Caesar’s favor is that he would not hesitate stabbing someone in return (except if you’re an indomitable Gaul. And that’s debatable) while Odin would definitely hesitate or feel bad about it (unless you’re after Donald).

As for Donald vs Asterix : in the event of them even having a reason to fight (why would they ??) Asterix 100% wins. Except if it’s a very high stake fight, in which case Paperinik might hold up and win. But otherwise all Asterix has to do is ragebait Donald into ramming himself into a wall.

I watched “Asterix Conquers America” in the past, and seeing the designs for the Indigenous Americans left a bitter taste on my tongue. So I just thought, why not redesign that one girl from that movie? I went for a Cherokee theme since the movie never specified what American tribe they were from. I gave her a tear dress and it suits her very well! And gave her a name too! “Tsistunagiska” means “wild rose” in Cherokee. I love doing research and ideation for my redesigns. I might redesign the whole cast next with new characters.
