The Lotus Flower grows in mud but at some point when you out grow your environment you stay stagnant. If it’s unhealthy and you’re no longer growing, you have to be honest with yourself. Your health mentally, emotionally and physically should come first. Or you’ll be no good to anybody.

“Treinar contornando uma lesão
A maioria das pessoas assume que parar de treinar totalmente é a melhor opção quando estão lidando com uma lesão. Fazer modificações baseadas no que os atletas/clientes ainda conseguem fazer, em oposição ao que eles não conseguem fazer é a chave.
Isso permite que o cliente treine o mais perto possível de antes da lesão do ponto de vista fisiológico e permite que sejam desafiados com novas metas durante o processo de recuperação.
Muitos estudos já mostraram que treinar o membro não afetado tem um efeito neural cruzado positivo no membro afetado. Programas de reabilitação e Pós reabilitação não deveriam ser tediosos, baseados em máquinas e/ou exercícios isolados já que podem falhar em integrar padrões de movimento que serão usados quando a função for recuperada totalmente.”
