Some days are just down right tougher than others…
maybe it’s balancing motherhood, fitness, keeping the house clean, trying to eat well, keep my kids eating well and wanting to be a good wife - but it just compacts and sometimes you just ´snap ‘ and you have a bad day…

Today was (for no specific reason ) a tough day. 🤷🏼‍♀️

However I am so thankful I got outside to the park with the twins and for my virtual training workout because it did make today significantly better!!

Tonight I finished week 1 day 5 of @nathaliamelofit #4weekstofittransformation. I feel great and I’m getting stronger.

Tomorrow I start week 2 day 1.

Both days are lower body workouts. I couldn’t be #happier about how my body feels and how my set is so different is so different from 2 weeks ago.

These 4 weeks was so much more than just a transformation physically. The biggest challenge wasn’t moving the weights it was more on the mental note of prep and giving my all every second of each day.
