Good morning and welcome to your Daily!Tom!
I got so distracted by Eamonn today, I almost forgot the Daily Tom! So here we are, better late than never! He’s super adorable here, like I just want to cuddle him.
(And yes, if you were wondering, @chuckstaylors sent me this…)
Have a wonderful day!

in honour of the 20th anniversary release of this album
i grew up listening to p!atd and this has always been one of my favourite albums of the 2000s pop punk scene. i love the baroque/burlesque style.
the first half of the album mixes the sounds of pop-punk with electronica, merging the style of artists like Paramore and Fall Out Boy, with those of Attack Attack and Chiodos. and then there is an interlude in the middle, starting off with a disco-type jam, then a voice announcing that the dance music will stop and the album will switch to piano. the rest of the album subsequently has zero electronics and goes heavy with the baroque style, sounding almost jazz at times. and i LOVE IT.
when i first was introduced to panic, it was i write sins not tragedies and i HATED IT, simply because of brendons voice. it works most of the time but sometimes he just sounds annoying. but then i heard nine in the afternoon from pretty odd and loved it. then i went back to this and fever grew on me so much over time.
my favourite songs are Build God, Then We’ll Talk, I Constantly Thank God For Esteban, But It’s Better If You Do and Camisado. but every song is good tbh. the drums are insane throughout, the electronics are great and the trumpets, cello and violins work so well in the second half of the album and it really makes the album for me.
9/10

I could do it!
But I also might cause chaos just because the power of driving a forklift is pretty intoxicating
Me: Can I get a side of police brutality with that please?
Cashier: Okay, what size?
Me: Small
Cashier, punching me 3 times in the face: will that be all for you?
Me, with 2 black eyes and missing teeth: Yeah, thanks
