♡ you two were practically inseparable back then. rensuke always made sure you got home safe, always made you laugh when you were feeling down, always had your back no matter what.
♡ after blue lock, it was like he’d been replaced. that warm, protective hero you adored was cold and distant now. quieter, sharper, rougher.
♡ his sisters cried when they saw him like that. you’d held them close, promising over and over that rensuke hadn’t changed. “he’s still your big brother, okay? he’s just… figuring things out.”
♡ when rensuke finally came home, his sisters were terrified hiding behind you instead of rushing to him like they used to.
♡ you started spending more time with his family after that, playing with his sisters, baking with them, telling them funny stories about rensuke’s dorky moments to remind them that their big brother was still in there somewhere.
♡ rensuke kept his distance at first, never rude, just… closed off. you’d chat his ear off like nothing was wrong, filling the awkward silence with your usual sunshine energy.
♡ he started warming up to you again, answering your questions with more than just a grunt, teasing you back when you poked fun at him, sticking around a little longer after you dropped his sisters off.
♡ his sisters were the first to notice how much softer he was when you were around how his voice got quieter, how his eyes weren’t so sharp, how he’d smile a little more when you were there.
♡ one day, you found him awkwardly sitting on the floor playing princess tea party with his sisters plastic crown crooked on his head, tiny cup barely balanced in his hand and you knew he was starting to feel like himself again.
♡ the confession wasn’t dramatic, just a simple, quiet “i like you” one night when he walked you home.
♡ “i know,” you teased, but you kissed him before he could get flustered.
♡ after that, rensuke was still a little grumpy, still all rough edges and sharp glares when it came to other people, but with you?
♡ with you, he was soft. warm. your hero again.

Sis and I went to do some small shopping yesterday. At one point she started to lead us towards another mall, saying: “Well, I don’t know why I’m leading us there but let’s go anyway.”
We ended up stopping at tiny Japanese store. At the cashier I looked down since there was this tiny table with tiny stuffs on sale. My eyes INSTANTLY spotted Barou keychain! :D I even screamed his name bit loud, picking it up in my hand. It was ONLY Barou there was! Then I noticed orange color under other keychains, starting to dig it up, repeating: “Be Rensuke, be Rensuke.”
And it was Rensuke keychain! YAAAAY! Not only they are my favorite boys from Blue Lock (beside Jingo and Shidou) but it’s HELL RARE to find anime / manga stuff in Finland - with cheap price too! If it would have been other store, those keychains would have been like 6€ each, now they were 3€ each which is their price in Aliexpress as well (I’ve been eyeing these same keychains on AE so I know the price).
But I’m so happy! Sadly only stuff about Jujutsu Kaisen what they had were some Gojo stickers… No Sukuna or Yuji…

Me at 4am: Hah! Finally done with my Valentine’s day art! Now I will mediate a bit and then go to bed.
*meditated about 15 minute*
Me: that music was so nice! I definitely will let it play while I’m laying on bed. I’m sure it helps me sleep, too.
My mind gets wild when I’m trying to fall asleep on that meditation music: “You know what… I’m gonna make you ship Shidou and Rensuke.”
Me: *has no time to react*
Mind: *already creates vivid scene where Shidou is coming onto Rensuke, all the lines they say to each other, how Shidou is touching Rensuke’s shoulder, ass and chest while making suggestions etc*
Me: *screaming in my pillow, mind forcing me to write this vivid scene down to myself via email since I’m NOT getting out of bed and reopen my laptop*
Also me: I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SLEEPING!
So… Expect some Shidou x Rensuke stuff at some point :’D

“It seems like I’m not in Kansas anymore…” Ruriko muttered as she drifted from street to street to alleyway trying to find her way home from the location she was at for her most recent photo shoot. To be completely honest, she was getting used to Japan again attempting to memorize places to successfully navigate her way around. The problem was that Tokyo seemed to be a different place after dark and everything looked different.
She couldn’t really tell where she was and it was getting late. After dark, the underbelly of Tokyo would show itself and yakuza members from different clans would ‘come out to play’. It was then where she was approached multiple times by different men and she didn’t quite know what to do. “Oh man…” The model was backed into a corner by some shady characters offering to take her out and that she’d have a good time. At that point she had no idea what to do and looked around for options to get her out of this pinch.
