My acquaintance’s cat, Lucky, has just been diagnosed with FIP (feline infectious peritonitis).

She’s trying to raise money for treatment. The vet visit and diagnosis alone cost her 1,200 PLN (around 325 USD), which is almost a third of the minimum monthly wage in my country. Living in Krakow is expensive, too, and the treatment itself is going to take a long time.
