A digital nomad’s worst nightmare…I left my laptop on the plane! We messaged every Azul Airlines help desk and airport lost & found…crickets. Unlike lost luggage, an airline has no real way or reason to track down your personal belongings, but we weren’t going to give up! In our rabbit hole of sleuthing, Mike found a former Azul employee who had a friend still working in the airport lost & found in Belem, Brazil (where we left our computer). She texted him on our behalf…and he texted back a photo of our laptop on his desk! It was still 500km away and unclear how it would make its way to us, but there was hope!
