Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, minced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
¼ cup BBQ sauce (use your fave)
2 large eggs
2 pounds ground turkey
¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (Progresso)
A few springs chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil; grease the foil with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Heat the olive oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Do not brown. Set aside to cool.

05/18/2024 - Oops I forgot to read the step where it says you’re supposed to grease the foil, so my meatloaf totally stuck to the pan. Made this, Jacob was super hungry and ate an entire loaf on his own. I would say this serves 3-4, dpeending on how hungry the people your'e feeding are. Ran out of rice so I ate it with an english muffin, the only other carb we had. I also had to be creative and ate ¼ of a corn muffin from costco with it and some salad. Used 85/15 ground turkey, didn’t come out too greasy. Uses common pantry items and can be easily made in bulk.

Lasagna, cheesy bread and a Caesar salad tonight! My wife mentioned lasagna so of course I had to jazz it up a bit and cook everything in our @alfaovens 5 Minuti.
