Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 12 oz box of rotini pasta. 1 24 oz jar of marinara sauce. 2 cups water. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown. Remove any extra fat and set it aside. Dice the onion and mince the garlic and cook them in the Instant Pot until the onion is soft. In the Instant Pot, put the cooked ground beef, rotini pasta, marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Use a stir to mix. Turn the Instant Pot on to Manual mode and close the lid. Quickly let go of the pressure when you’re done. Once the Instant Pot is full, add the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Put the lasagna helper mixture in a dish that can go in the oven, and then sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. In the air fryer basket, put the dish. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh basil.

Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. ½ teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper, to taste. Fresh parsley, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, toss chickpeas and red bell peppers with minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with the chickpea and red pepper mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F 74C. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
