I like the saying that “Emotions are energy in motion.” (Or should be)
But what happens when they don’t move? Stagnate and get stuck?
Continuing on in a small series of meridians and emotions, what is depicted in today’s illustration?
At once, we know this person is not happy. I don’t think anyone in the world would mistake that one. I added some color to the background further eliminating that possible.
Key locations of the face make thousands of expressions.
Most notably, the eyes and eyebrows have a myriad of movements, and repetitive emotions can be repetitive motions on the facial and #fascial levels affecting the entire body.

Deep inspiration flows…I felt called to channel the Jupiter and Venusian energies today and express them through digital art. Oh and the Pleiades , as well. Editing is so much fun ! Last night was soooo much fun with my new pals the Kofoed’s Christy canceled my talk about Forgiveness as they were the only people who confirmed to show up. When I called Sandra, I told her to come over anyway just in case someone showed up. While we hung out on the patio at The Rock and Soul, I told them about the evolution of my 5 Steps to Forgiveness. Then they took me on a site tour! 👏🏼🤩 Mindy Roddy knows how much I love those⚒ Though this town is small, there is a whole lot of both the past and the future here all with a focus of enjoying the present.
