IMA RANT ABOUT ME BOOK

OK SO MY BOOK IS CALLED UNITED I JUST STARTED WRITING IT.

The main cast/people are Ace, Leo, Kai and Willow.

It’s basically if Avatar The last Airbender, Raya the last dragon, demon slayer, Gachiakuta, and Frieren were combined!

The main cast is on a mission to reunite the world after a very important cyrstal broke and the shards were spread across the world (there’s 23 shards). With the Crystal being broken monsters, ghosts, spirits, exc. From other worlds are destroying their world and soon enough everyone will be wiped out.

There’s 5 countries/continents Dertailin, Griffterein, Alaportha, Earurlthra, and the Shadow Isles.

The main cast are decendents of magic users that killed the demon king/god thingy over 100 years ago. Leo is a decendant of an Elf and he has Manipulation magic, Kai is a decendant of a demon that was a Spellcaster, Willow is a decendant of an Angel and she has wind/air magic plus wings, Ace is a decendant of a human warrior and he has fire magic and is the main character.

guys how do yall make plots for your books. i want to write a book but i have no idea what tf could happen. all i made so far is that there’s a god for each of the five elements, water and earth being goddesses while fire and air are gods. and they’re kinda nice. and there’s also abyss, the goddess of the dark and related things who is probably not evil either. inspired by “if you stare into the abyss for too long, it stares back” bla bla bla but what about the goddamn plot. any writing tips appreciated

labour

listen to labour by paris paloma while reading this ~

Summary: a princess hears women rioting in the palace, before realising it was a speech she said out loud when she thought nobody was listening

“We are women and now we are free” they chanted as they marched through the gate, the beautiful harmony of broken voices rang in between the walls of the castle. My tears stricken face lifted as my father watched through the window, listened deeply. I felt my chest tighten when he turned his gaze upon me, lips parting and a deep, growling sound left his throat.
“What have you done?” He whispered, taking a step closer. His fist tightened, eyes widening even more as the chanting turned louder. “What have you done, Felicitè?” He screamed, grabbing onto my messy hair, lifting my head up like it was an ornament. Like he did before he slit the woman’s throat in the crown room.
“We are women and we are free” I whispered as my hand slipped in between the fold of my dress, grabbing onto my dagger tightly. My lip trembles but I do not falter as I push him away, turning on my heel. I whispered as my hand slipped in between the fold of my dress, grabbing onto my dagger tightly. It’s time, it was time for years now.

I want someone to write a trope about how everyone thinks the main character like the underdog and is the one the “bully” is mean to and stuff. The “bully” claims they saw main character do something really bad, like something that ruined “bully’s life or did something that really messed the bully up, but no one believes them because main character is like the underdog. Then people start liking main character because bully is accusing them of doing something really bad.

So basically a bully trope where the main character/victim of the story is actually the "bad guy” who is playing innocent.

Main character= person A, Bully=person B

Exp: Person B person A of like, killing their mom, but Person B has a history of smoking and getting high and stuff; though that’s not actually true, it’s just something they got bullied to do one time and someone took a picture and now every thinks they does drugs and stuff and ignores them. The case gets thrown out of court because Person B isn’t a credible person, everyone is on Person A’s side and is liking them and stuff.

Like get the audience to really like Person A and want the to, you know “win”. But plot twist, Person A really did kill Person B’s mom, and Person B saw it. The End.

I read this book in 2020 or 2021, I can really only remember the character’s backstory; the girl was assigned a mission to kill the prince, I believe, and she befriended the prince and his guard to get information, and they became really close. After a year she slit his throat in his sleep and then fled, the guard who loved the prince pursued her and carved the words traitor on her back and I think she had wings????? That’s it I guess. It would be really helpful if someone could tell me what the name of the book is because I’ve been searching for so long. I’m pretty sure it’s a book but it might be a fanfiction.

TW: Swearing, insults, mention of genitals

I read this thing in a book once. one of the best books I’ve seen to this day but I have yet to finish it.

there was a dialogue between two characters. it went something along the lines of:

“when describing a cowardly person, it’s understandable to use the word ‘pussy’ as an insult. when describing a smug asshole who is well aware that they’re being an asshole, we call them a "dickhead’.

how come we use a (biologically)woman’s genital to describe weak cowards but to describe rude smartasses with sense and awareness, we address them by the male genital?”

all said by the female character in the conversation.

this stuck with me ever since I read it.

An plot idea for writing a book:

You kill off the male ‘main’ protagonist in the first 1/3 of the book and the female protagonist takes up his mantel. Yes, I know, not original, but hear me out. The female protagonist along with the other protagonist sidekick go on to defeat the villian. The villain finds out about (hero’s gender neutral code name)‘a arrival and begins to prepare weapons. The hero gets there and the villian is surprised to find out its a girl.

And he’s upset and disappointed. Not because he’s misogynistic, no, he’s all for equal rights acts, as he really doesn’t care how people identify as long as they obey him as supreme leader. He’s disappointed because there’s a prophecy that when (hero’s code name) fights him for the third time, he will officially be a supervillian. And in the prophecy, it specifies that the hero is a male.

So, the antagonist does what any normal evil person would do and attempts to use dark magic to bring the dead male hero back. And that’s the first book. Just him trying to bring the male hero back to life while the female hero and her sidekick try to stop him because they know you shouldn’t try to bring people back to life. But wait — there’s more!

The villian finally succeeds, but that’s at the end of the book, and it’s left on a cliffhanger. In the next book, the male hero is just like, “I’m not good enough for this, female hero is much better,” so the female stays as the main hero with the boys as sidekicks. The villian, of course, hates this, and is just trying to kill the female hero so the male hero will take her place. He is also carrying out all his evil plans in the background.

So that’s the plot, the villian is just trying to make the male protagonist take the role of the female hero because he wants a prophecy to come true to make him an official supervillian.
