Little fried wrappers are filled with pork and veggies, and dipped into a tasty sauce. 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 cups chopped cabbage, 1 package wonton wrappers, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 clove garlic chopped, ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup chopped carrot, ½ pound ground pork, ¼ cup water
