That’s a good question! Vap and Dratini have a funny relationship. Technically, in the world of Pokemon, Dratini is a child of toddler age. Vap found Dratini’s egg on the beach and accidentally hatched it. The whole Vap crew is something like an extended adoptive family for Dratini. However, Vap, Zubat and the gang aren’t exactly “parent material.” And Dratini appears to be mostly non-verbal. Regardless, there’s a lot of love there!
