Btw this is how the tests went:

➤ Space weather: It went pretty good, much better than I though it would go. I answered all the questions except like one.

➤ Satellite knowledge: Same here, went better than I thought it would go. There were some shorter questions in the beginning that I skipped, but otherwise I answered pretty much every question. One of the questions I am going to do separately as an assignment, which was the assignment I talked about in my last two posts. There was also an formula that I hadn’t studied but I actually think I figured it out lol.

➤ I didn’t mention it, but I also had a argumentative essay in Swedish (my first language). I wrote about AI restrictions. Honestly, it would be much easier to have written it in English lol, it was probably kinda wordy. But it probably went okay. But I wrote way too many words, it was supposed to be between 550-800 words or something, and I wrote like 1050 💀 So I hope I don’t lose too many points on that lmao.

So basically, it went pretty well, better than I thought that it would go (except the Swedish essay, it went about how I thought it would go, but I didn’t have much time to prepare for it since I was so focused on studying for the two other tests lol).

Plan for tomorrow:

Wake up at 8:00A.M. and start latest at 10:00A.M.

➤ Morning: Finish astronaut knowledge assignment

➤ ✨️ Lunch 1:00P.M. ✨️

➤ After lunch: Do some notes in chemistry and maybe more subjects if I have time

I don’t want to make it too detailed, because I feel like I also need to rest before school since I still feel a little sick. We will see how it goes. I will try to document it tomorrow.

I’ve been sick so I did not study during school break as I had planned nearly as kuch as I wanted to. I wanted to document it but this is all I did:

-Some notes in chemistry

-A 40 min workout for a P.E. assignment, which I documented and handed in just like 5 mins ago

-Started working on an assignment for astronaut knowledge (again, whatever it’s called in english).

Tomorrow is the last day before schooö starts again. I need to finish the astronaut thing and I plan to do some more, to catch up a bit of what I wanted to do but didn’t.

A tooth infection that makes your ear AND skull hurt if you forget it’s drug (painkiller) time should be a crime. What’s even more criminal is that a random man needs to drill a hole into said tooth while youre awake to make the pain go away.

Finished my complete rough draft of my final paper. The only thing left are edits. I am at the point of acceptance that the grade I get is the grade I get.

update: i finished planning my essay! well not quite but i have the thesis and the points which is good enough

i’ve never been great at writing essays about creative non-fiction but hopefully this one will be good enough to save my grade

i mean my grade in this class isn’t terrible, it’s like 88.9% but still it’s disappointing especially given that all my bad grades in the glass are from dumb mistakes

life update

I really struggled this semester. I wasn’t able to catch up on my classes by the midterm. I should’ve started preparing way before the semester started, like my brother advised me. But I didn’t. Now that it’s midterm time and the withdrawal deadline is soon approaching, I decided to withdraw from my courses.

With my undergraduate degree, I didn’t have to do much to catch up when I fell behind. But with quantitative studies, it’s totally different. You can’t afford to fall behind, much less several weeks behind, and not have a good grasp on the earlier material.

I’m going to re-take my courses in January, but for the next 3ish months, I’m going to go over the material for the next semester. I have no excuse now. I know the pace I should be studying at and how intense I should be studying.

Hopefully next semester will go much better! 🤞🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

30.09.25 | Tuesday | Study Update : 04

Story Time : I feel like the biggest idiot in the world. Remember how I was supposed to complete everything by Sat so I could give my test -well prepared- the day after i.e. on Sunday? Turns out my test was on ✨️Saturday✨️. I gravely miscalculated my own schedule. Ended up not practicing that chem chap and sabotaging my test score. Oh to make it worse I didn’t check the revised syllabus which had another chap added to physics so now I got 2 chaps unprepared. Disaster. Nonetheless, I still gave my best, if anything i’ll take this as a lesson for next tym. Also, dreading the test result :\

Yesterday I did this much - I only slept for 5 hours and my screen time is off the charts but I think I’m cooking a bit - I’m up too late now though - tomorrow I want to go to the library to study a lot but I have to wake up quite early for that so I might be tired again

Study Update 26/9/25

It’s been an interesting September so far:

  • finally taking a semester break after two years of nonstop uni (kind of insane of me ngl)
  • been back home after two years (!!)
  • still keeping up with ~8 hours of work a week somehow
  • enjoying my philosophy course a lot — it’s a nice change of pace from physics
  • dyed my hair red?!!
  • catching up with old friends & family has been grounding
  • taking the time to reassess priorities and reset
  • also… this is shaping up to be a month of traveling 👀

Kinda sick of studying being so perfect.

Give me messy notes because if you take the time to write good ones, you’ll get distracted and too-perfectionist

Give me skipping any type of morning routine, because you won’t be able to get started if you don’t do it RIGHT NOW

Give me sitting in days old pajamas, because damnit, you will get this done

Give me music in the background, which you know is hampering your ability to retain the lecture, but if you don’t have something else playing you’ll lose your mind

Give me playing lectures on 2x speed to get through it

Trying to get through some summer classes atm, and it’s not going great, but we’re getting it done!

Updates

Hello everybody !

It’s been a while, and I just wanted to come here real quick to update you in my academic endeavors.

I finished my master’s exams with grades I am proud of, and I only have my internship’s 25 pages report to write and the oral presentation in front of my professors, and I am done with my master’s.

I also passed my first year of law school, which was really not a given, taking into consideration that the first semester I failed.

About internships, my only goal was to get an internship within the United Nations, which was a hard goal, but one I was very invested in. During April and May, I did an internship at an Embassy - which was very stimulating in different ways because I got very close to world changing events, like the conference about the protection of oceans, and got to assist to multiple closed doors meetings between high politicians and diplomats. This internship allowed me to get recommended for another internship within UNESCO, which is the organ of the United Nations that deals with culture, education and science. This has been particularly exciting for me because it was my ideal internship experience last year that I ended up not getting — so, I feel like, in a way, I am redeeming that. That internship will happen in the month of September.

Finally, I just want to stress that even though I am, in a way, relieved because everything is almost over (and it was getting too much at some point), I am also very afraid of what will be next. I also don’t know if I will be taking a gap year between my law degree to pursue other hobbies that are more appealing to me right now. Everything feels like a new chapter with a very uncertain future, and I am now learning how to deal with anxiety surrounding this.

But not to worry ! I will keep reposting stuff on this account, and from time to time updating you guys, or coming up with things (I don’t know what yet), so yeah… I love this account, and I’m still here until I don’t wanna be here anymore.

Love you, remember to be gentle with yourself. Also, don’t hesitate to write me if you ever want to talk, whether it is about your academic pursues or just life, I guess?

All the love,

Moon.

It has been very difficult to achieve the 6 hours of effective, daily study required for the degree exam.

I’ve become slower at reading notes; memorizing and retaining is the hardest part. I still have months to go, but waking up every day knowing you have to study things that aren’t the most entertaining part of the career makes it overwhelming.

I hope I can handle the process better on the way, but I’m still at the beginning and it’s already exhausting.

On the other hand, I’ve been on Duolingo for two years, learning mainly French, so that’s been great.

I just wanted to put an update post. I finished my first draft of my pro-seminar paper. Now I’m working on my second draft! So close to the end of the semester but so far. Regardless of my grade results I’m determined to write a good paper!
