Wait, you can’t just leave me
Don’t abandon me, hit rewind, I wanna keep loving you
This isn’t it, this isn’t you, I swear I’ll diss it Make me go crazy about you like you did back then
Wait, you can’t just leave me
Don’t abandon me, hit rewind, I wanna keep loving you
This isn’t it, this isn’t you, I swear I’ll diss it Make me go crazy about you like you did back then
Blindfolded in a crowded room
In line as “feeds” surround us, soon
I hope we’ll start to get a clue
But who am I to say if I can’t follow through?
{{ TW/CW STROBING
HOLY FUCK?! I cannot describe how loud this was, that was like a huge drum hit as a concert, I felt it in my chest wtf is this }}
{{ this is only the start of the storm. It’s supposed to go on for another 15 hours. It’s not even close enough for me to hear the thunder much }}
Colin’s Lab: DIY Cymatics — Warnings: scopophobia and strobe-like changes in imagery. He runs different sound frequencies through oobleck, a Non-Newtonian Fluid, and it seems to come alive!
Singing Plates: Standing Waves on Chladni Plates — Warnings: scopophobia and strobe-like changes in imagery. Also, Physics Girl, appropriately, seems to have a fair bit of energy, so if you’re in a mellow or sleepy state, the beginning of the video may be a bit startling, but then it gets fun! She uses sand on Chladni Plates to show the shapes that different sound frequencies make, and uses a slinky to masterfully explain how!
CYMATICS: Science Vs. Music - Nigel Stanford — Warnings: strobing and strobe-like changes in imagery. A music video using the principles from the videos above, as well as others — even if the music isn’t your thing, the visuals are amazing! The only reason I can think of for the “Vs” in the title is to possibly mark it as a kind of mashup, because there’s nothing adversarial about the way the melody works with the experiments around it!
Testing screen recording with Hyper Hexagonest, the sixth level of Super Hexagon; stark, grey, super fast. Apparently I haven’t forgotten how to navigate a hexagon.
This is the hardest level you can unlock, but at the end you just glimpse the beginning of the unnamed even-harder black and white level.
I tried to gif this, but it ended up thirty times Tumblr’s size limit even at a quarter of the pixels! (Shock as GIF not as effective compressor as H264!)
