Because she could also be talking about him whoring himself out. And I think Lizzie does know he didn’t want to fuck Diana. She’s not an idiot. “The enemy—someone you find sickening—says she wants to fuck you shortly after our daughter has died and you don’t want to, but you don’t fight it. You just accept it.” It’s another chilling symptom of his disassociation—of him being GONE in his head.
