
For a quick dinner during the week, these chicken tacos are great. These are sure to be a hit with the whole family thanks to the tasty seasoned chicken and fresh toppings.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, sliced. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp chili powder. ½ tsp cumin. ½ tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. ½ cup shredded cheese. ¼ cup chopped cilantro. 1 avocado, sliced. Lime wedges, for serving.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a pan and set it over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder to the chicken slices to make them taste better. Season the chicken and add it to the pan. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink. Follow the directions on the package to warm the tortillas. To make tacos, put chicken on tortillas and then add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, and avocado slices on top. Put lime wedges on the side and serve.
