I’m still – mm. A bit hesitant about this whole being perceived thing but, we’re silly, I think.

JAY1 - Prettier

Here is something I’m listening to as I’m scrolling!

simple ways to look more attractive (without makeup!)

• brush/ comb your hair. no need to style it or anything but combing it does wonders.
• Nails clean. No need to paint it all the time, but keep them well cut and clean.
• Lipgloss/ lip balm- esp if your lips break more.
• Sit up straight. I’m looking at you. Watch your posture.
• Try not to put your face on the pillow when you sleep
• Stop touching your face with those crusty musty dusty hands! There are so many germs on your hands which can give you pimples and stuff on your face.

• ice your face in the morning under your eyes.
• sleep with a silk pillow case (its better for your hair)
• moisturise your skin/body
• brush your teeth/ whiten it
• get 8+ hours of sleep. you may not be able to see the differences when you get 8+ hours of sleep, but you will notice when you don’t- your eyes will be baggy, face sleepy, its just not a good look.
• jewellery! helps so much in enhancing your look! you could do small hoops earrings, necklaces/ bracelets- (also figure out which colour- gold or silver- looks best on you!
• be kinder cus being mean really just makes you look a lot less attractive
