Might finish this later, might not, but happy with how the doodle is going. My new character for Pathfinder, their name is Renata (Ren) and they’re definitely a normal orc, I promise. (ФωФ)

But in all seriousness, they are a hungerseed orc, and without saying too much, there may be a very good reason they’re a redemption champion.

Aaaaand I’m just realizing that they may have been partially inspired by Kyo Sohma (Fruits Basket) and Miko Yashiro (This Monster Wants to Eat me)

Hi Tumblr!

I’m not new here. This is a side blog I’ve made for a recently discovered love (read: kink, probably) of orcs.

I will eventually start writing fics and imagines and things like that, but for now I am trying to explore content, get a feel for the community, and just enjoy what all you lovelies are out here sharing!

I am already working on a few things, but I would love any input on what kinds of content you are yearning for here! I aim to please 😉 Everything I write will be posted here and on AO3. I’m waiting on an invite with the same username as I have here.

Also, please feel free to suggest tags I should follow and use on my posts! I want to make sure everyone who wants the content gets the content!

Thanks for being your unapologetically weird ass selves ❤️

Orcs are the most basic type of monster. Others appear in fantasy fiction to represent fears about people who don’t fit in with society or morality. Because they are horrifying to look at, act wild, and pose an existential threat to brave societies, orcs make it easy for fantasy stories to show conflict.

Feel like talking about this tattoo design I did for a character of mine a while back because it’s really meaningful for her.

I did this for my character Jenna who’s an inventor, and it’s essentially just an orcish word made out of different parts. The orcish word, simply put, means community. (I believe this was designed by my GM, but if not, let me know.) Although many scholars have described the pronunciation as somewhat of a mix between a grunt and a sigh, most orcs would describe it as the breath you let out when you get home, letting out your worries of the day. Anyways, the word means a lot more than community, it’s also somewhat a dedication to the idea of community and uplifting each other. It’s a reminder of where you came from and who supported you, as well as an acknowledgment of your commitment to supporting those who uplift you.

Although Jenna isn’t an orc, she was adopted by the bartender of an orc community and raised in it. Her adoptive father was a cornerstone of this community, and instilled in her a strong belief in this idea of community, so she got this word tattooed on her back as a reminder of all those that have supported her and loved her throughout her life. Jenna can tend to attempt to solve problems by herself and push herself to be self reliant, encouraging others to rely on her while struggling to rely on them back. (She learned it from her father.) The tattoo is also an attempt to remind her that she doesn’t have to do things alone. She has multiple disabilities (she’s deaf, was born with congenital amputations, and on top of that has severe ADHD and autism) and somewhat developed the self reliant tendencies as a response to people who doubted her because of them. However, the disabilities absolutely do require her to rely on others, and some days are harder than others.

Anyways, here’s a drawing of her with the tattoo below the continue reading. Nudity I guess but nothing’s showing.

This has been something on my mind for a while. Unironically think it is very cute how much he looks like a snail. I’m pretty sure even his DLC costume colors are brown and green? So he is my little snail <3

Ash Orc v3.0

An updated orc for the current vibes. I miss being an orc, but the previous versions don’t quite fit right!
