These No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. They’re perfect for a quick snack or a sweet dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. ½ cup honey. ½ cup unsalted butter. 2 cups quick oats. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. ½ teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Combine the peanut butter, honey, and unsalted butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. The mixture should be microwaved for 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until it is smooth and thoroughly mixed. Add the salt and vanilla extract and stir. After adding the quick oats, stir everything together until well combined. Press parchment paper into an 8 x 8-inch 20 x 20 cm baking pan, allowing a small overhang on the sides for ease of removal. Evenly press the oat mixture into the pan that has been ready. Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring after each to ensure smoothness. Evenly distribute the melted chocolate over the oat mixture in the pan. Place the bars in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, or until the chocolate solidifies. After they have solidified, cut the bars into squares or bars by removing them from the pan using the excess parchment paper. Present and savor!
