These No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. They’re perfect for a quick snack or a sweet dessert.

Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. ½ cup honey. ½ cup unsalted butter. 2 cups quick oats. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. ½ teaspoon salt.

Instructions: Combine the peanut butter, honey, and unsalted butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. The mixture should be microwaved for 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until it is smooth and thoroughly mixed. Add the salt and vanilla extract and stir. After adding the quick oats, stir everything together until well combined. Press parchment paper into an 8 x 8-inch 20 x 20 cm baking pan, allowing a small overhang on the sides for ease of removal. Evenly press the oat mixture into the pan that has been ready. Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring after each to ensure smoothness. Evenly distribute the melted chocolate over the oat mixture in the pan. Place the bars in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, or until the chocolate solidifies. After they have solidified, cut the bars into squares or bars by removing them from the pan using the excess parchment paper. Present and savor!

It’s easy to make these protein bars without baking them, and they’re great for a snack or dessert. Dates and maple syrup give them a natural sweetness that makes them full of protein.

Ingredients: 1 cup pitted dates. ¼ cup almond butter. ¼ cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. ½ cup protein powder. 1 ½ cups rolled oats. ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1 tsp coconut oil.

Instructions: Put dates, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a food processor and blend them together until the mixture is smooth. Put in the oats and protein powder. Mix until everything is well mixed. Press the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Pour chocolate chips and coconut oil into a bowl that can go in the microwave. Melt them in 30-second increments, stirring every time, until the mixture is smooth. Spread out the bars after you pour the chocolate over them. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. Cut into bars and eat!

Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. ½ cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. ¼ cup creamy peanut butter for the chocolate topping.

Instructions: Melt the unsalted butter and one cup of creamy peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Stir the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar into the peanut butter mixture gradually, until thoroughly mixed.
