Its fascinating to watch as I’m planning to do something with my friends, and spinning the roulette wheel to see if I’ll be one of the girlies, a guy who somehow made it into the friend group, or a nb who’s along for the ride.

For context, I live a quarter mile into the woods. With that out of the way;

It sure is fun to have to instruct a person who, admittedly was very nice and drove me home, how to pull a 180 turn in a 18ft car on a 10ft wide road with trees and bushes on either side. Doubly so with the fact that they were incapable it seemed of knowing which way to turn the wheel when reversing. Now, you might think: “Juno, be nice, maybe their new, and your road is scary.” But I assure you not (on the first point at least). He was a married man of ~50 years of age, and is the driver for the family and their bus of a car.

for the first time in 2 years, I participated in a larping tournament. I have decided to dub it “running around in the rain trying to not get wet”.

Odd question, but do any of yall have advice for drawing layouts of buildings/designing them? I’m finally getting around to drawing the main hub/home location for my OCs and feel a bit lost

I just had a really cool idea for a plot.

It’s post apocalyptic with some overbearing up and coming force (robots, necromancer, semi successful faction, take your pick) And there’s a prophesy that says if a certain person can get to the BBEG than they will win and the evil will be stopped.

But there’s a few catches

1. the prophecy is thrice repeated, passed from dying soldiers by mouth. The original people who got it are dead so we don’t even know if it’s really
2. The “chosen one” is old. He’s 70+, a young boy at the start of this whole mess, and still believes in the ways of the “old world”
3. The prophecy doesn’t promise him safety upto the big fight, just that if he gets there he’ll win.
4. He has to get there, namely a certain place the BBEG will be on a certain day

So it’s just a book about 3-8 characters who are fighting tooth and nail, knowing they probably won’t live to see the fight itself, dying one by one. Their all specialists in something, but the maybe the first few to die they needed later so they have to get loud and risky.

And the obvious second twist is that the BBEG was the one who created the prophecy, but what he wasn’t? Like, he has his own that tells him he must be at The Spot, and he knows he’ll die if the “hero” gets there on the right day so he’s been playing for time.

And the heros have been fighting through hell cause the BBEG has been literally abandoning everything behind him, he’s putting everything between him and this still mortal old man in the hopes of just delaying him one day. And the first book ends with the last of the band holding down a doorway whilst the “hero” ducking through into a large arena.

And the second starts from the BBEG’s perspective, the first bit is a recap from his perspective, and then it catches up to the fight and we watch as this old man has one thing that works and he kills the BBEG. And the book is just filled with fear, and what-ifs, and countdowns (we have x soldiers, y amount of chokepoints.) And we get to see a decent into insanity as the BBEG just can’t kill one specific person, he can take any of the others, but they’re all willing to die to let this one guy live.

And (I just thought of this) what if there was a third book wherein you get to see a group of survivors, the rest left over when the small band took off, raising all hell on the BBEG’s flanks and meeting no resistance cause his troops aren’t there. So they march straight to his castle, and then the arena, and are there to watch the BBEG get killed.

I, for the first time, decided to make fanart of one of my favorite mcty, and accidentally ended up really wanting the outfit.

I need curled goat horns, like, a deep urge to have a pair. But all of the patterns for foam ones that I can find are really wide, or really short. But I just want horns that swoop right behind my ears and end near my cheekbones. Why is the world not cooperating, surely someone must have done something similar in the past.
