Nami headcanons because I can
Nami is definitely the kind of girl to map out every restaurant/store that gives you free stuff on your birthday. Each year is a miniature heist of hitting as many as possible.
You know she has all of the straw hats registered for rewards accounts so she can claim theirs too. Zoro doesn’t know what a beauty insider is, or how he became one.
Nami would also be the couponing queen. Somehow the grocery store ends up owing her money by the end of it all. She’s never once spent money on gifts for the other straw hats this way. She got Franky a soda stream for his birthday and a subscription service for monthly refills of the CO2 and syrups.
You best believe this girl has the executive Costco membership. She’s memorized what each of different sales numbers mean. How else do you think they have managed to feed Luffy?
She’s insulted when someone suggests using GPS around her. She has the route memorized, and will get you there sooner even with the crew taking several breaks for snacks and the bathroom. I feel like she would also know where all the speeding cameras are, and where cops tend to catch people speeding.
Sunscreen queen right here. She got a reminder set to reapply and a variety of different types on her at all times. Would make sure Robin and Chopper reapply. She given up on the rest of the crew though. In Brooks words “I don’t have to worry about a sunburn, you know, since I have no skin.” Sanji has sunscreen on his hands and legs nothing else. Luffy thinks SPF stands for “Super Performance Food”. Zoro says he’s trained himself not to burn. Franky is mostly metal at this point. And Jinbe has some luxury fishman sunscreen he refuses to share.
Orange scented everything. If there’s a choice she always going with the citrus scent. Always smells good. Like a light orange and vanilla smell.
Knows her fashion and is on top of sales/styles. Basically Elle Woods when she calls out that saleswoman. Good luck trying to make this girl pay full price. Would also be super into thrifting. I feel like she would would have a depop or Etsy where she resells vintage pieces she finds.
Cat person through and through. This cat would eat better than most people. She would have one of those robotic litter boxes for it. Has one of those water fountains for it and an impressive cat tree. It would be on sight between this cat and Zoro though. Claims it’s trying to take his other eye.
Anyways I just really love Nami and want her to live her best live.

one piece, but my autistic ahh gave them pokemon
for context, have not seen past the east blue arc, so im just gonna do early season context, so they won’t have a full team
Luffy
This was tough for some reason.
-I think I would say ambipom? It’s a cool pokemon, could probably beat someone up, and it’s normally a little theif.
-I could only think rockruff. Don’t ask why bc idk
-I’m gonna give each of them a starter, so my pick would be either grookey, chickorita, or popplio
Zoro
-ok, hear me out. Weavile
Its mostly in attack and speed stat wise, almost all of its Dex entries mention its claws, and it could’ve been from Kuina. I like the idea that the sneasl was hers and he took it after she died.
-Honedge, I know. Wrong type of sword, but like. It’s a cool sword.
-If I’m forced to give him a starter, probably Treecko or Oshawott, mostly because of the sword themes.
Nami
-Was trying to pick a good water type for her. Decided on Lapras
my first thought shouldn’t have been “It’s close to extinction"for the reason but whatever.
-starter pick? Snivy. I know she grew up close to trees and stuff, plus it more just matches her vibe. That or gecqua, but we know nothing about it yet.
Ussop
-ima be honest. He would lie abt having a gyrados or a milotic or something. He has a magikarp
-I literally cannot think of any other pokemon for him. If I have to pick a starter, probably sobble. It’s kinda afraid, and it evolves into a sniper (eh? Eh? Get it??)
Sanji
-Ok, so, Kirlia right

I feel like ralts psychic abilities could help serve food, and once it evolves, it has arms (also, sanjis sanji)
-i feel like any food pokemon would be cool to put on his team, I decided on milcery. I don’t know what flavor it would turn into, but still
-starter pick was easey. Scorbunny. That or quaxly.
