I don’t think my DM likes the character idea I pitched to him for our Mechanus one shot.
I said I’d like to play a college of eloquence bard who has a radio talk show in the city. It’s an advice show for the modron era.

It’ll be nice to get proper pictures of this guy but I had a lot of fun painting this modron ☺️ I wanted to experiment with some different weathering techniques like metal rust and copper patina and I thought this sculpt had a lot of potential for that.

Fostering the occasional Goblin is fun, and we love the toothy critters, but my party recently adopted a very small baby Monodron, and now everybody is falling all over themselves to protect him. Barely one strawberry big and only 8000 years old. His name is Moto.
You’re telling me there’s not a single post on this site under “modronkin”. Do I have to do everything myself
MODRON // WELSH MYTHOLOGICAL FIGURE
“She is a figure in Welsh tradition, known as the mother of the hero Mabon ap Modron. Both characters may have derived from earlier divine figures, in her case the Gaulish goddess Matrona. She may have been a prototype for Morgan le Fay from the Arthurian legend.”

I’m a little late with posting this, but Happy Valentine’s Day!
For those who don’t know, these are the 2nd edition and 1st edition versions of decaton modrons. I love the 1e versions of modrons SOOOO MUCH!!! They all look so terrible, I just adore them xD
Morgen a Modron,
dual,
yet a singularity.
You encompass that which is Life,
tree,
rock,
stream,
sea.
You embody the breathing life of the land itself.
You are what we wade, walk, wander through,
and in your arms,
I finally see.
Morgen,
Goddess of Annwfn,
You wrap me in your embrace,
duality in your nature.
For you are both the born of the sea,
and born of the land.
You wear dual names,
Morgen,
for the sea,
and Modron,
for the land,
and as I am enfolded in your dual embrace,
I feel peace.

Also known as Morgana, Morgaine, or Modron, this magical milf is as mysterious as her occasional rival Guinevere. Sometimes, she is an ally of King Arthur, appearing as the Lady of the Lake (otherwise known as Viviane or Nimue). Other times, she is his enemy, goading her lover Sir Accolon to kill him and sieze his throne. She may even have been originally synonymous with her supposed sister Morgause, mother of the treacherous knight Mordred. She has been called sorceress, fairy, and goddess.
Her pube situation is equally enigmatic, but being the practical woman she is, it seems likely that she’d keep her enchanted forest intact. She can always cast a glamor down there when it comes time to seduce a lesser man.
Verdict: bush
