i wanna give a shoutout to who i think might be an unsung hero in NaN’s story.

MIPS, despite being my main HM user, was also EV trained with vitamins and leveled up to 100. with my main team inside the box while i was catching pokemon, i decided to use MIPS as my trainer-battler for my trainer-fly setups.
i had four pokemon in my party when i first saw NaN’s stats change. NaN, a fearow (my fly user), the alakazam i was using rare candies on (i was trying to raise its special stat for a specific trainer-fly setup), and MIPS. MIPS was at the front of the party when i first noticed NaN’s stats change.

i still don’t know exactly how NaN got her legendary-like stats, but they are very similar to MIPS’s. i think if she somehow copied the base stats of anything in my party, it had to be from them.
i’m still not sure how that’s possible or if that’s even what happened to NaN, but if it was, then i have MIPS to thank for it.
