【30岁的独居和极简】 - 睡眠篇

作为一名社畜,安稳的睡眠是生命延续一个最重要的事情。但追求极简的自己,确保睡眠和安全感的当儿,也会控制物品的数量。

物品列表:

  1. 床垫

因为在外租房的缘故,并不习惯去睡其他人睡过的垫子,所以总是带上自己的床垫,让自己睡得更安心。

2. 床单 +枕套

一般都是每个星期都会拆下来清洗,那至少在遇到下雨的周末,也有一定的缓冲,用两个星期也不至于太脏。

3. 被子

生在热带国家就不用太担心天气过冷或过热,一般上一条被子就能够应付大部分的温度,太冷的时候就关了冷气,太热就把冷气温度稍微调低即可。这是一个人住的好处。

4. 枕头

一个合格舒适的枕头,可以确保睡醒的每一个早晨,都不会有不舒服的感觉。

5. 玩偶

一个史努比玩偶,待在我身边已经差不多2年了,究竟能够抱多久,我们拭目以待。
