I went to sleep late. And I slept for about an hour before a damn sharp, insistent stinging pain started attacking my legs.

And I scratched and scratched. And it wouldn’t go away.

I’m almost certain I spent an hour scratching my legs until I got fed up, got out of bed, grabbed the rubbing alcohol and some body cream. and I ran them over my legs twice. and it kept pecking. And out of sheer courage, I grabbed hold of it and started doing this at 4 am, trying to ignore how much my legs itch:

I curse the day they told me I had to shave my legs.

I curse the day I was given the idea of being ashamed of having hair on my legs.

I can’t walk around comfortably in shorts anymore, even if it’s 30 degrees in the shade, because of that!

When nobody gives a damn if I have hair on my legs!

And even, I stil shave my legs because I’m ashamed. And because of that I’ve had my legs sore from itching for more than a month now.
