There are so many people who to paint during their K-12 years and don’t pick up the hobby again as adults. I was hoping that watercolor doodles would help people find some zen and maybe a reminder of how much fun it can be to express themselves. The activity was as structured or as improvisational as people wanted it to be– It was a way to show people some basic skills and encourage taking some creative risks. After a full year out of the classroom, it was extra special to be able to teach a bit again!
