I feel like I’ve had a really rough week and emotionally I don’t feel well. Brightside is apparently 2 companies on IG/twitter reached out to me and stated they wanted to send me art supplies to try. Both seem to be impossible to get ahold of to ask questions so they’re probably a lie. Theres a 3rd that has sent me supplies in the mail, or atleast I have a DHL code. Could be poop in a bag.
I submitted to a watercolor contest and then the Trekkel paintbrush company online is hosting a pet portrait contest. They send you a wooden panel to paint on. I meant to work on my panel this weekend but this is the second time I’ve tried to work on wood ever and I feel like I’ve already ruined the panel. Likes its frustrating me and killing my creativity. I tried tossing the panel to the side and working on something else but I can’t seem to be inspired by anything else to do anything which is rather stagnating. I wanted to paint something this weekend but apparently thats not happening.
We tried watching the new Dumbledore movie and the new Batman movie and I died of boredom with both. Absolutely couldn’t do it. I did end up making a corgi pattern though. So if anybody needs to corgi up their day. Have a pattern. Don’t know why the damn corgis couldnt appear on my wood panel though!!!!
