Haiii, its been so long…

Belakangan ini lagi rame ya di internet soal dokumenter netflix yang judulnya Ice Cold. Menceritakan kembali kasus kematian Wayan Mirna Salihin karna kopi yang katanya ada sianidanya dan pelaku yang dihukum yaitu Jessica Wongso, sahabatnya sendiri.

Kasus ini emang sebenernya menarik banget buat dibahas, tapi cape banget kalo bahas ngobrol sama orang karna gue sendiri gamau memihak siapapun, yang jelas pihak yang bersalah harus dihukum, ntah memang jessica wongso atau siapapun itu. Atau mungkin kata orang bisa jadi karna asam lambung, jadi ya tidak ada pembunuh.

Setelah film dokumenter ini muncul, banyak banget perdebatan bahwa Jessica Wongso itu tidak bersalah. Banyak masyarakat yang curiga dengan bapaknya Myrna (Edi Darmawan), suaminya Myrna (Arief), dan beberapa polisi terkait saat itu yaitu Krishna Murti dan Tito Karnavian. Pak Tito ini namanya ikut muncul semenjak bapaknya Myrna diinterview oleh Karni Ilyas. Selain nama nama tadi, masyarakat pun curiga dengan barista Olivier (Rangga) dan manager Olivier (Devi). Dan juga jaksa dan hakim terkait pesidangan.

Sudah banyak potongan video di tiktok yang saya liat mengenai kasus ini. Ya saya kebanyakan tau kasus ini dari tiktok karena informasi yang disuguhkan masyarakat sangat banyak. Video dari cuplikan film Ice Cold nya, dan beberapa video interview dulu dan sekarang.

Memang netizen pinter banget. Bahkan foto terakhir Myrna saat sudah meninggal yang muncul di layar HP saudara kembarnya Sandy pun muncul. Biarpun tidak jelas tetapi netizen bisa menemukan detik tangkapan cuplikan tersebut. Hebat memang netizen hahaha.

Saya sama sekali tidak memihak siapapun. Yang jelas keadilan harus ditegakkan. Kalau memang Jessica tidak bersalah, ketauan banget ya hukum negara ini bobrok sekali. Mana udah kemana mana kan film ini. Lalu, apa motif sampai menyalahkan orang lain? Apa yang harus ditutupi? Pelaku sebenarnya? Atau sebenarnya ada kasus yang lebih besar tetapi polisi & negara harus menutupi itu dengan kasus ini?

Kenapa saya bilang begitu? Karena dalam suatu interview, pengacara Jessica, pak Otto Hasibuan menyebutkan bahwa kasus ini mungkin tidak akan sebesar ini. Pak Krishna Murti ini yang bilang ke bapaknya Myrna bahwa Myrna diracun. (Maaf jika ada kesalahan kalimat dari sumber). Lalu kenapa pak Krishna sampai bilang begitu? Bahkan menurut sidang, saat Jessica bilang bahwa dia dibawa ke suatu ruangan dan Pak Krishna Murti seakan memaksa agar Jessica mengaku. Maksudnya apa ini? (Lagi lagi saya minta maaf apabila kesalahan kata, saya tidak ingat persis kalimat sumber).

Seingat saya di salah satu interview Pak Otto mengatakan bahwa, bahkan Jessica dihipnotis agar mengaku. Saya tidak ingat itu hipnotis atau alat kejujuran. Bisa dicek.

Saya menonton salah satu edit cuplukan di tiktok. Dari sekian banyak video yang saya tonton, saya sangat tertarik dengan video ini (https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSNF9Qcx4/ ). Di persidangan, Rangga si barista Olivier ditanya soal kopi tersebut mengenai warna dan baunya. Di salah satu inteview Aiman membicarakan mengenai kopi yang ada sianidanya. Di situ menunjukkan bahwa kopi tidak berubah warna, wangi kopi hilang tetapi baunya seperti minuman keras. Berbanding terbalik dengan kesaksian Rangga. Bahkan di salah satu komen, mengatakan bahwa anak kimia pasti tau bahwa sianida tidak akan merubah warna, sedangkan menurut rangga, warna kopi tersebut seperti kunyit.

Pikiran saya hanya satu, berarti jika memang warna kopi tersebut berubah, mungkin memang ada sesuatu yang masuk di kopi tersebut. Sesuatu yang sangat asam dan bisa merubah warna atau bahkan konsistensi kopi tersebut. Atau memang karna penyakit bawaan yang kata orang sebut, asam lambung. Atau ya proses pembunuhsn sebenarnya terjadi sebelum bertemu Jessica dan Hani.

Ntahlah memang masih banyak yang harus dibicarakan. Entah siapa yang jujur dan salah, tetapi kebenaran harus terungkap. Jika memang benar Jessica tidak bersalah, yang jelas pihak yang terlibat di pengadilan seperti hakim, jaksa, dan polisi sangat salah. Pak Edi pun salah karena sudah menjelek jelekkan Jessica di depan umum. Paham betul seorang Bapak yang marah karena anaknya meninggal, tetapi sudah terjadi. Sebaiknya perbaiki nama baik negara ini wahai Kepolisian dan Kejaksaan. Benar atau salahnya, kami masyarakat ingin kebenaran. I am so glad for going on this hike, despite the ice cold and very foggy weather. I’ve come along so many unusual sceneries as on no other walk. Like the scary wooden sculpture of a dog, that apparently killed a sleeping baby in it’s baby crip (there was a dedication of that written on the bench next to the sculpture)The whole atmosphere began to feel like in a Hitchcock movie, quite spooky. Then the old metal vehicle in the field and the stunning trees and all the grass covered in white frost. The unbelievable beautiful crocus spring flowers emerging through the snow being a reward for all.
