Ingredients: 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted. 1 cup boiling water. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 cup oat flour. ½ cup almond flour. ½ cup unsweetened applesauce. ¼ cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. ½ tsp cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Add dates and baking soda to a bowl. Boil water and pour it over them. Wait ten minutes. Mix the oat flour, almond flour, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together in a food processor until everything is well mixed. Add dates that have been soaked in water to the mix and blend until smooth. Put batter into a baking dish that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Warm up and serve. Have fun!
