Happy new year, everybody!
I’ve said it before, but you all mean so much to me. I can’t believe there are little people in my computer who love the art i make. Thank you all so much!!
It’s been a crazy year for me: lots of new things, pushing boundaries, learning, getting better. I’m sure this coming year will be more of the same. But we persevere!

A little life update!
Today is my birthday! I’m 26! Here’s Dusky in my brand new obnoxious red scrubs i got as a gift :)
It’s been 2 years since I started veterinary school: I can hardly believe the time is passing so quickly! This September I’ll be starting clinical rotations: I’m nervous and excited! For those who aren’t familiar with medical education, I’ll be learning more hands on in a real clinical setting, bouncing between all sorts of specialties and departments, and even traveling to outside institutions like zoos and private clinics to learn there. I expect I’ll be working very hard and will be quite busy, but I’ll still be present here! My art is very important to me, so I’ll for sure make time for it.
