Best Quick Core Workout to Sculpt Your Waist

okay bestie —

if you’ve been feeling a little “meh” about your stomach lately, this quick core reset might be the thing that brings you back to you.

it’s simple. it’s under 5 mins. and it seriously tones your core when you stay consistent.

here’s the routine:

1 min high plank (push-up position)

30 sec elbow plank

15 sec side plank (each side)

that’s it.

do it 2–3x a day, or add it to the end of your workouts. i started doing this when i needed a reset, and within a week, my core felt stronger + my waist looked more defined. it’s not about perfection — just showing up for yourself.
