So I’m not normally one for carded coins (those things belong in my hand) BUT i am an absolute sucker for designs with animals on them so I threw in a ticket with the RAM lottery for the seven coin federation set and….. I won one of the sets!
^ just came in the mail. a belated happy birthday to me!
This is my first coin tin set since the wiggles 30th anniversary coin release in 2021, so i was surprised by how big this thing is. But wow they definitely put effort into the designs of the whole set! not may coin card designs impress me, but these are really lovely:
And as expected the coin designs are fantastic! The state bird/animal/plant designs manage to not be too over or under designed. The RAM is really fond of coloured coins, and while they’re fun to see i’m really glad they held back from adding a coloured one here.
