A magical Carnival
Pairing: Rex x Fem!Reader
Warnings: nothing much just a lil kisses
A/N: hey y’all, I know it’s been ages since I posted but I’ve been enjoying my break! It took a while to write this because I completely forgot BUT! I do Hope to post more often. I hope you enjoy and sorry for the wait!

Taking one last look in the mirror, you fixed your hair and checked your Makeup. After confirming nothing was messed up, you adjusted your cost and picked up your comm. Your boyfriend Rex, was picking you up for date any second now. There was a carnival that traveled around the galaxy, jumping from one planet to the other and it just so happened to be on Coruscant, during Rex’s leave. And of course, being the lovely partner you are, you harassed Rex until he agreed to going with you.
The loud ring of your doorbell knocked you out of your thoughts and you turned to he door, swinging your bag onto your shoulder while reaching for the panel beside it. With a quick click of a button, the door whooshed open, revealing a blonde captain, with a small smile on his face.
With a grin, you fling your arms around your beloved soldier and he returns the gesture immediately.
“Are you ready?” He asks, pulling away before leaving a soft kiss on your forehead. With a beaming smile, you nod your head and clutch his hand, pulling him down the steps of your apartment doorstep.
“Someone’s excited” Rex notes, chuckling as you continue to tug on his arm.
“I haven’t been to one of these in ages!” You exclaim excitedly, clutching his arm as you Trottes along.
It was still noon and a bit sunny but you know it would get dark soon; and colder. But you didn’t let that stop you, skipping along beside the amused Rex, you continued on your trek to the carnival, bouncing on your toes the whole way there.
When the bright lights came into sight, you let out a squeal of delight and picked up your pace, dragging along a poor Rex.
Rex was absolutely amazed, he never experienced a carnival and you were so excited to share it with him. You giggled as his jaw dropped, his mouth forming an ‘o’ as he looked from stall to stall.
“Let’s go do some games!” You decide, skipping ahead to what looked like ‘whack a Gundark. Rex trailed along after you, taking in the game as you both approached.
“What is this?” Rex asks as you both come to a stop.
“It’s ‘whack a Gundark!’ You have to use the hammer to smack each Gundark as fast as you can when they pop up. Then, if you get enough points, you win a prize” you finish explaining and point at the prizes lining the wall; specifically the tooka plush.
“Right…” Rex nods slowly, processing what you just told him.
“Do you wanna play?” You ask, turning to face your blonde captain.
Rex takes one look at your excited face and the nods.
“Sure”
You let out a small happy noise and then pass a ticket to the person behind the stall. The worker hands you the inflatable hammer and you look it over before holding it out to Rex.
“What are you doing?” He asks, eyebrows furrowed.
“Handing it to you so you can play!” You grin, giving the hammer a little shake.
Rex hesitantly reaches out and takes ahold of the hammer. “Are you sure you don’t wanna play?”
You nod enthusiastically, “I’ve played this game before. Plus, you have a better chance at winning me a prize.”
Rex let’s out a light chuckle at the last part, “alright cyare, I’ll try win you a prize”
You grin even brighter and lean over his shoulder, watching as the lights switched on and the familiar tune starts playing. Then the game starts.
The first Gundark pops out and in the blink of an eye, Rex smacked it away. This continues throughout the whole game until the points counter dings loudly, signalling he won.
Rex turns to the worker and holds the hammer out, trying to give it back. The worker however, stands there dumbfounded, shocked at how he won. Rex raises an eyebrow, causing the worker to snap out of his trance and take the hammer back, grumbling under his breath.
“alright folks, it seems you’ve won a prize. Pick any” the worker turns back to you both.
Rex turns to you and gestures to the wall of huge, colourful plushies. You grin and point to the tooka; eyes sparkling as you watched the worker take it down and hand it to Rex.
Rex nods a thanks and turns to you as you start walking away.
“Here mesh’la” he softly pushes the plush into your hands and you squeeze it in joy.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!” You squeal, clutching onto his arm like it’s your lifeline.
Rex laughs; a soft sound you could listen to forever, and places a kiss to your temple.
“So, where to next cyare?”
After dragging Rex form every stall to ride, you both finally settled down on a bench with fried Nuna legs.
“So~ was this fun?” You ask, bumping your shoulder with his.
Rex reaches out and wipes a bit of food off the side of your mouth; his touch featherlight, before nodding his head.
“It was amazing, especially since you were here”
At that, you blush and hang your head down, trying to hide your bright red face. But a pair of fingers touched the bottom of your chin, lifting it to face your lover.
“Thank you mesh’la for everything”
And with that, he kissed you. It was a soft, meaningful kiss. His desire evident but his gentleness overpowering it.
And as you were caught up in the captain, the sky lit up with the bright lights of fireworks; ending your night on the perfect note.

A while ago I did a little fic inspired by a fanficion I read a while ago. It’s a AU where if Sephora and some of her allies get sent to an alternative realty where she doesn’t exist yet the entirety of Order 66 still was initiated to happen. (Also this is after she is married to Rex and Order 66 happened many years prior in her time.)
“Okay.. so let me get this straight.” Anakin said while walking down the barrack hall.
“You and Rex are MARRIED???!!” He asked her in shock.
Sephora gave him a skeptical look. “Yes.” She plainly stated as if it was no big deal.
Everyone pretty much just coughed in the room.
“Way to be discreet.” Wolffe scoffed. Cody gave him a look.
“-And you’re a Jedi General??! No less on the HIgh Council?” Anakin exclaimed.
“Well yes..but that was years after that time—”
“RIght, right after the whole apocalypse or whatever. But you still did!!”
Sephora looked nonplussed by his insistent probings, she rubbed her temples. “You’re not taking this seriously.” She muttered.
“I am taking this seriously!” Anakin defended. “You married my Captain! That’s a BIG DEAL!!!”
Sephora slid her hand down her face. “Wow…”
“She’s so done with him.” Jesse snickered.
Poor Rex just looked traumatized by it all, he just did not know WHAT TO DO.
“I think she’s referring to the executed plan of Palpatine General.” Wolffe pointed out to him.
Sephora appraised him. “Thank you.” Wolffe just smirked in content.
“Okay, okay fine. That is a big deal. But still you can’t just expect me to remain kosher and not ask about this. He’s my Captain- like how did you two even fling???!!!”
Fives coughed. “Uhh I think you said they had a ‘force bond’ General?” Fives stated.
Rex coughed.
Sephora crossed her arms and glowered at him.
“Riiighhttt..yeah I guess that explains some things-”
“I just can’t with you…”
“–But not everything.” Anakin stated.
Sephora’s eye twitched. “How about I start talking about all your little escapades with Senator Amidala and start questioning you on how all of that fiasca started??”
The boys snorted in laughter, crying.
“She’s good, I like her.” Fives stated to Echo who was trying to hide his face.
Rex gave him a questionable look.
Anakin raised his hands in placation. “Alright, alright. Point taken.” He supplemented.
“Is it really?” Wolffe pressed.
“I’m sure it would be fun.” She said in a sing-song voice. At this Cody couldn’t take it, he had to turn and cough.
“Alright, alright. I get it. I’ll yield.” Anakin stated.
“Good.” She stated.
It was quiet a moment, everyone was on the edge of their seat. It was OBVIOUS they had more questions.
“So..did you have any kids?” Anakin suddenly asked.
“Oh for the love of god Ani.” Sephora retorted, this made him cave in.
“Man..she shorted his name that must be bad.” Kix stated.
“I’m sorry but I’m insanely curious!” He defended. “Wait, did I have kids?”
Sephora pursed her lips unblinking.
“I’m so done with you..”
“But did you though- or me?” He asked excitedly.
The clones were losing it at this point.
“I don’t know how much more of this I can take before I’ll lose my composure.” Wolffe stated with a slightly amused look on his face.
“You haven’t lost it already??” Cody asked him. Wolffe glowered at him.
“I’m not sure if I should be telling you any of this..” She admitted.
“What’s it going to do?” He asked. “I’m not going to die.”
Sephora face palmed. “You already know the risks. I don’t need to repeat them to you.”
“Any kids? Any?”
“Anakin..”
“Yes?”
“No..”
“Wait..we have no kids? Or no you won’t tell me?”
“Anakin I’ve been married for 9 yrs..I have children.” She nonchalantly stated.
All the clones coughed in triumph. Poor Rex was in shock, the poor man was mystified.
“Wow.” He put, blinking, “Wait…how old are you???”
Sephora just stared at him. “I am so kriffing done with you.” The clones snorted in laughter. Some of them had to get up and leave.
“I can’t.” Fives said his face beet red, he coughed.
“You don’t ask girls that question Ani..it’s against the rules.”
“Why how old are you?” Anakin smirked crossing his arms.
Her eye twitched. “There’s no way you’re fifty you look too youthful for it..wait how much older are you than me?”
“End of discussion.” Sephora closed.
“No I’m not-”
“Yes end of discussion. I am older than you in general so shut it.”
Cody was trying to hide a wheeze. Wolffe snorted, he was quite enjoying all of this comedy.
“Wait how much older?”
“Near the end of the CW I was 26 you were 21. I’m five years older than you.”
Anakin’s jaw dropped. “That’s not fair.” He finally stated.
“Yeah you thought that then too.” She stated now sitting down and randomly going through an archive.
“So…you were placed on the High Council before me then?”
Sephora raised a skeptical eyebrow at him. “Maybe? What if I was?”
Anakin scoffed. “Why are you being so cryptic about it?” He asked confused.
Seohora just smirked slightly. “Maybe because I want to be.” She stated.
Anakin frowned, the Commanders and Rex snickered.
“You’re so irritating.” He stated, crossing his arms. He was pouting to be honest. The snot.
“If you knew half of what you did to me all those years ago..you would probably take back that statement.” She stated.
Anakin raised a skeptical eyebrow. “What did I do to you exactly?” He smirked slightly.
“My lips are sealed.” She calmly stated.
“You are something else you know that?” Anakin stated.
“Yeah…something else..” She repeated like there was something in her train of thought.
“Maybe you should your check on your Padawan don’t you agree?” She calmly suggested. “1600 is generally training time.”
Anakin opened his mouth. “Wait how did you..” It clicked. “Yeah, yeah right. It was the same I take it?”
Sephora raised her eyebrow at him, smirking a little. “Are you going now?” She questioned of him.
Anakin huffed. “Fine. But I want answers later.” He stated pointing his finger at her and leaving the premises.
Sephora shook her head and sighed. “I forgot how exhausting he can be.” She stated, looking back to the still there clones.
She smirked slightly. “Still inquisitive? You can ask, but it doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll answer.” She admitted.
“You got beef with Skywalker?” Wolffe inquired but it sounded more of a statement.
“Let’s just say, we didn’t get along very well.” She stated looking back to the archives.
“Yet you added up marrying Rex?” Cody asked looking a little skeptical himself.
“Well Rex isn’t exactly Skywalker now is he?” She stated.
501st snickers. Rex glowered at them.
Wolffe smirked himself. “No not really.” He stated smirking at Cody.
“You seem more open with us then answering the General” Jesse stated, “Is there a reason, may I ask?”
At this they seemed genuinely curious.
“I’ve always felt more relaxed around your brothers I guess. I was used to staying around you for many years. I was with my Master before the CW began upon Kamino. I guess you can say I don’t think as much about it.” She stated looking back to him.
“Anakin…well we always butted heads so..I’ll let you decipher that.” She replied, trying not to hint at anything too much.
Most of them smirked.
“So…if you’re here. Then what does that mean for all of us?” He asked of her.
“I’m..not entirely sure Jesse. But I’m hoping that maybe I can put a stop to this event before it even starts.” She said gazing at him intently. “From what I can tell thus far…things are very similar..in fact scarily so. Yet my existence along with Battalion seems to be naught. In this regard..I am not sure. But perhaps it is good for me..so that I won’t have any recognition.”
They were quiet a moment. “How bad was it?” This time Fives asked. “During you know what.”
The light in her eyes faded. “It was terrible..it was horrible. But if there’s anything I can promise now I won’t let it happen again. That’s a promise I plan to keep, as long I am here..I will make certain you don’t experience what I did then. You have my oath.”
They seemed transfixed by this statement. It was obvious they were not expecting this much dedication from her. Rex was looking at her differently at the moment. He was really thinking more into it now..

A little excerpt during the Rebels Era. The clones were talking regarding their past and Rex brought up General Norien.
“You knew Master Noríen?” He stated, seemingly surprised to hear the name come from Rex’s mouth.
Rex let out a chuckle. “Yeah..I knew her. So did most clones in fact.” He stated, sharing a grin with his brothers. “Jedi Master Sephora Norien. Member of the Jedi Council, General of 614th Battalion- Moonbeams they liked to call themselves.
And most known amongst my brothers..The Clone General.”
Ezra’s eyes were saucers. “How did you know her? I mean I know she’s a General and all but how did you meet?”
Rex let out another chuckle, having a hand come behind his neck. “Well that was a while ago. I first met the General when I was stationed as an ARC Trooper. We just finished with one of our rountinal training exercises and she came in.
It wasn’t exactly hard to spot her, she was literally the only other female in the room.” He said with a chuckle, “no less you don’t miss Norien’s sights very easily. She’s easily noticeable. Our commanding Officer introduced her to us. We knew about General Ti- her master. And some about this Apprentice..but it wasn’t on the forefronts of our minds at the time. But once she personally introduced herself, you knew automatically that she was different and it was something you automatically took a liking too. Needless to say as Ti’s Apprentice she was with her often in Kamino. She was the second Representative for Kamino there.
Sephora’s involvement with the clones was constant. She stayed for months off and on with her Master for the implement of our program..along with other duties that she held too. Once the Clone Wars began..she was assigned to an Battalion, 614th as I’ve stated. Her leading officer was a Marshall Commander just like Cody. He was a good fellow..very stoic Commander you couldn’t get much past him. He was very observant.” He chuckled. “Anyway, for the course of 3 yrs I fought alongside the Clone General off and on. 501 and 614 were combined on missions many times. We were a force to be reckoned with. Like the other clones we’ve all come to learn and respect her over the years..she certainly earned her title..she was a great leader and comrade. I am proud and honored to serve alongside her during the Clone Wars. She is by far one of the greatest Generals of Jedi. She was a good friend..” he stated looking a little forlorn after that comment.
They were silent a moment.
“Do you know what happened to her?” Ezra suddenly asked him.
Rex was looking to the floor. “Heh..I..I’m not entirely sure..I haven’t heard anything from her in years..I just assumed that,” he seemed to be struggling, his hands kept unclenching each other. His vod seemed to be starting to worry for him and started to reach out.
He finally looked to him, shaking his head. “I can’t believe..” his eyes started to grow watery, “that she could be still alive..after all this time..and what titles she held especially with the clones” his eyebrows furrowed over, he shook his head. “There would have been no way..she couldn’t survive that..they would have torn her apart.” He finally broke down and wiped the tears roughly from his face, walking off- upset.
Ezra looked solemn. “I’m sorry..I didn’t mean to hurt him.” He admitted looking to the floor in shame.
“Don’t be too hard on yourself kid.” Wolffe said. “The General always meant a lot to Rex..she meant a lot to all of us,” he said with a frown. “But especially Rex..she was extra special..”
Ezra looked puzzled regarding something.
“What do you mean?” He asked him curiously obviously hinting more to what he was meaning.
Kanan looked up, seeming to know.
Wolffe shrugged. “He loved her, that’s why.” He stated.
Ezra’s eyes went saucers. “He was in love with the General??!!” He asked in astonishment.
“Yeah,” Wolffe stated shrugging again- as if it was no big deal, “in fact many people did..or at least had crushes on her. Namely my brothers,” he said with a chuckle, “trust me if you saw her you would understand why. But of course..Rex’s goes way deeper than that.”
“I’ve seen her..it’s just that..I thought it was against the Code-“ he looked to Kanan offended- “you told me!!”
“And it is.” Kanan calmly stated. “It always has been. The clones were on a different system but it’s the similar idea. It’s a very professional system. Jedi to clone officer. No open attachments or anything related..it would bring the flow out of balance no less the ways of war probably wouldn’t operate the same after.”
“It probably wouldn’t.” Wolffe agreed.
“But in some ways..the Jedi had it harder. At least in the rules of attachments.” Kanan stated.
“I just don’t understand..it doesn’t seem fair. Why is the Code so rigid?”
Kanan sighed. “Not all things can be explained Ezra..it’s just how things are.”

Rex watched as his brunette General waltzed into the room with his young Togrutan Padawan trailing behind him. The blonde Captain raised an eyebrow as he watched Ahsoka glance around frantically and upon spotting him, wave frantically. Rex grinned. He couldn’t help it.
“Alright Rex, how long until we land?” Anakin asked, moving to stand beside his Captain.
“Ten minutes, General,” he replied.
“Good!” The Knight cheered, smiling widely as he rested a hand on top of Ahsoka’s head - in the bridge between her montrals. “Snips and I will lead the ground assault on the right, whilst you can take the left, Rex.” Anakin gently massaged Ahsoka’s montrals absent-mindedly.
Both men froze when the Togruta let out a purr.
“Did you just purr, Commander?” Rex spluttered out as they stared at the small girl. She nodded in response, shrugging absent-mindedly whilst nudging her head further against Anakin’s palm, silently asking for more.
“Yuh,” she replied. “It’s a Togruta thing.”
“Of course it is,” Anakin muttered, although smiled fondly when Ahsoka continued purring as he stroked her montrals and lekku. “Is there anything else you can do that you aren’t telling us?”
Ahsoka thought for a second - lips pursed - before nodding. “I teeth.”
“You what now?” Anakin asked, brows furrowed.
“I teeth, y’know, like how baby mastiffs do,” she explained. “My baby teeth are sore when they’re about to fall out so I bite stuff to help with the pain and help get them out quicker.” Rex looked to her in surprise.
“What have you been using to teeth on?!”
“Oh, mostly carrots and sometimes sticks.”
“Please tell me you clean the sticks first.”
“Of course I do, Rexy!” She laughed before freezing. “See, look! This is one of my adult teeth!” Ahsoka bared her teeth at her Master and pointed at one very shiny and sharp fang and Anakin gaped.
“You’re like a Loth-cat!”
“Really, Skyguy?”
“Y’know,” Rex intervened, before the sibling fight could get any worse. He loved his brother and sister very dearly, but he had a question. “What does your headpiece mean?” He pointed at the golden headpiece secured to Ahsoka’s head and the Togruta beamed proudly.
“Those are akul teeth!” She began, clearly enthusiastic about the topic. “I earned them by fighting an akul unarmed! It’s a Togrutan tradition to kill an akul and take its teeth! Master Ti took me when I was little!”
Anakin and Rex exchanged worried glances.
“Vod’ika,” the clone began. “You fought an akul unarmed?”
“Yep!”
“Snips, how big is an akul exactly?”
“It’s shoulders reach about here,” Ahsoka replied, holding her hand up to about Anakin’s shoulder height and both men froze in horror.
“You fought something that big?” Rex spluttered and Anakin pulled Ahsoka closer to him, wrapping his arms around her protectively.
“Yep!”Rex sighed as Anakin closed his eyes, resting his chin very gently on the bridge between Ahsoka’s montrals. “I’m never letting you out of my sight again, Vod’ika.”
Vod'ika = little sister.

Alright, I’m gonna say this right now and hope I won’t have to repeat myself :
SHIPPING A MINOR AND A GROWN ADULT ISN’T OKAY !!! It’s weird, disgusting and I don’t get how people think it’s okay… Also shipping two adults when one of them basically raised the other isn’t okay either (by that I mean a grown adult dating a young adult they basically raised). Here’s a list of ships that I find extremely disturbing (and why) (I actually blocked the hashtags of those to avoid seeing disturbing fanfics and fanarts)
WARNINGS : mentions of predators and grooming at the end of this post
[[MORE]]- Obikin (Obi-Wan Kenobi & Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars) : this one actually DISGUSTS me on so many levels !
1) Obi-Wan knew Anakin since he was 10 and basically raised him.
2) Anakin said it himself in AOTC that Obi-Wan is the closest thing he has as to father. Pretty weird to ship them romantically if Anakin sees Obi-Wan as a father figure.
3) They’re 15 years apart (when Anakin was 19/20 in AOTC, Obi-Wan was 34/35 –> yes, they’re both adults at this age but Anakin is still extremely young. A 20 year old shouldn’t date someone almost twice their age (the brain isn’t fully developed until your mid to late 20s) so we can still be manipulated easily)).
4) Obi-Wan is Anakin’s master meaning there’s an imbalance of power. Obi-Wan literally has the upper hand on Anakin in terms of power (it’s like shipping a teacher and their student).
All in all, shipping Anakin and Obi-Wan is extremely weird and not okay ! –> and the amount of fanarts I came across is, disturbing, to say the least.
- QuiObi (Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars) : This one is pretty similar to what I was saying about Obikin.
1) Qui-Gon knew Obi-Wan since he was a child. And padawans are usually assigned to a master at a young age so we can see it as Qui-Gon raising Obi-Wan.
2) Yes, Obi-Wan may be 25 years old in TPM but Qui-Gon is nearly twice his age (he was 48 years old in TPM) which is extremely weird for me.
3) Just like with Anakin and Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon was Obi-Wan’s master. Again, imbalance of power and being in a relationship with someone who’s more powerful than you (in terms of ranks : just like a teacher and a student) isn’t okay. The other person will find a way to manipulate you to get what they want.
Just like Anakin and Obi-Wan, I don’t ship Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.
- Anisoka (Anakin Skywalker & Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars : The Clone Wars) : Another master x padawan relationship… What is it with SOME fans and shipping a Jedi Master with their padawan ?!
1) Anakin and Ahsoka first met when she was FOURTEEN and he was TWENTY ! Just think for a second here : if you are 20 years old, would you be romantically interested in a 14 year old ? I’m 23 and I have NEVER been romantically interested in someone younger than me (I can’t even see myself dating someone three years younger than me, let alone someone who’s fourteen).
2) This is the third time I’m saying this but, again, imbalance of power ! And in two different ways : first off, Anakin is Ahsoka’s master so his rank is higher than hers, second, with Ahsoka being 14 and Anakin being 20, he also holds some sort of power over her as she’s still a teenager and he’s a young adult.
3) Ashley Eckstein (who voiced Ahsoka) and Matt Lanter (who voiced Anakin) said it themselves that there’s NOTHING ROMANTIC between Ahsoka and Anakin !
4) This one may be my personal opinion but Anakin and Ahsoka definitely had a brother/sister type of relationship.
This is probably the ship that disturbs me the most right after Obi-Wan and Anakin, and right before the one I’m gonna talk about next (also lucky me (sarcastic) came across disturbing fanfics and fanarts)
- Rexsoka (Captain Rex & Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars: The Clone Wars) : This is probably one of the Ahsoka ships that I’ve seen the most and I still can’t see why people ship them romantically (just like the others)
1) Ahsoka was 14 when they met and Rex was 20 (technically he was 10 but that’s not the issue here). So just like with Anakin : there’s an imbalance of power in terms of age, and while Ahsoka’s rank is above Rex’s (she is Commander while he’s Captain), that doesn’t change anything.
2) Rex, while being older than Ahsoka, always respected her. He always called her ‘Commander’ even when she wasn’t anymore and when he didn’t, he nicknamed her 'kid’. Because she’s younger than him and was literally a kid when they met.
3) In season 7 (episode 11 if my memory’s correct), Ahsoka called Rex her friend (“The Republic couldn’t have asked for better soldiers, nor I a better friend”). And I’m sure Rex also saw Ahsoka as his friend.
4) It’s obvious that there’s no ROMANTIC attraction between them (just like with the other previous ships listed). Also, since Ahsoka was 14 when they met, Rex probably saw her as a little sister (but that’s just my opinion)
So… Again, a ship I find extremely disturbing (and lucky me (sarcastic) came across disturbing fanfics and fanarts)
Now, that would be EXTREMELY hypocritical of me to not mention Anidala and HanLeia. i can’t say that I 100% support Anidala (Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala from Star Wars) and HanLeia (Han Solo and Leia Organa from Star Wars). While I love both couples, I still find the age gaps quite disturbing.
Anidala : They’re just 4 years apart BUT considering he was just 10 when they met (despite not seeing each other between TPM & AOTC so 10 years), it still a bit odd for me that she’s shown interest in him (although, I admit it, Anakin couldn’t stop flirting with her)
HanLeia : They’re probably THE Star Wars ship that everyone knows (even outside of the fandom because of the famous “I love you. I know” line that is referenced in SO MANY movies/tv shows). Now, I also love them (and have been since I was like 6 years old) BUT the 10 year age gap has always been weird for me since she’s barely an adult and he’s a grown man when they met (she was 19 and he was 29). So, yes I love them BUT the 10 year gap is still weird to me –> again, at 23 years, I don’t see myself dating someone who’s 10 years older than me.
Do I love both ? Yes.
Do I still find the age gaps disturbing ? Yes.
Do I 100% ship them ? No because of the age gaps.
Now, I’m gonna go with a ship that’s NOT from Star Wars but from Winx Club, and I recently found out about it (because I recently started to rewatch it (seasons 1 to 4 only).
- Valtor and Bloom (from Winx Club) : if you don’t know what they look like (Winx isn’t as famous as Star Wars so not everyone grew up with it), here’s what they look like.

Here are the reasons why it’s not okay to ship them and is a disturbing ship :
1) Bloom is only a minor while Valtor is a grown man when they first met (she was only 17 (and not 18 as people claim it as she graduated only between season 3 and 4 so in season 3, she’s 17) and he looks like he’s in his late 20s but actually was over 1000 years old).
2) Valtor manipulated and tortured Bloom in so many ways ! He kept telling her that he knew what happened to her biological parents when he didn’t. He lied to her about it, and multiple times (said that he killed them at first, then said that her parents were inside his body so that she wouldn’t kill him). He tried to trick her into forming an alliance with him to fight the Ancestral Witches who created him from the Dragon’s Flame (connecting him to Bloom as her powers are related to the Dragon’s flame). He also tried to kill her more than once, manipulated her, tortured her, knowing she desperately wanted to know what happened to her biological parents.
3) His obsession with her was extremely disturbing and creepy.
4) Last but not least : he was Bloom’s worst enemy.
There are many other disturbing ships within so many fandoms, but these are the ones I keep seeing the most and please reblog this as it’s very important to talk about it. And please, tell me if there are any ships from other fandoms that also disturb you.
Another note : Remember that predators/groomers know how to lure their victims into a sick, violent, toxic and twisted 'relationship’ by saying “you’re mature for your age”. There’s no such thing as being “mature for your age”. It’s something predators will use to flatter their victim’s ego and manipulate them.
If you still ship them after reading all this, you do you and you can disagree with me if you want (I can’t tell you what to do).
