Happens after Jasper’s death, with Gwen and CJ both arriving to camp a bit after. David immediately declares them his new friends and Gwen wants to be anywhere but at the camp. And David makes it his mission right on the spot to help her love camp and see that there’s more to it.

I don’t have CJ’s personality nailed down yet so idk how he’d feel about being in the camp, but the interactions between him and Campbell would definitely be interesting.

David is 10, Gwen 11 and about CJ’s age I have no idea. He’s probably supposed to be much older than the other two in canon so in this he’d be around their age, so probably like 10 or 11 too.

Okey so I always wonder if theirs a camp camp au of dnd, it’s pretty obvs that Nerris the Cute is an Elf that is a wizard/mage but is multi class in the future.

But I actually wonder that is that what the other campers and councillors. I believe that Nurf is a monk or soemthing or might be multi class in the furture, but it may be cleeshay but I think his a half orc or soemthing because that’s only in how your supposed to be it.

I think Sasha is a elf or can soemone like help me with this because I kinda keep overthinking of what race or what class they are like truly they are to them selves.

but I was wondering, the woods counts have like jermy in there team and also at the flower scouts at one point had Ainsley until she got shipped off soemwhere I forgot, what about max’s group, I think the best is spacekid because he fits so well in and he is a bit not wanted in the group sometimes. So I have a thing where Ainsley and jermy, also soacekid is in there own group like I don’t really have a word for it but their like a group of unwanted “friends”, they are used soemtimes for whatever, so everall I think they are a bit nice to each other I think I’m just wanted to get this out before it gets out of my mind and lost forever.

as a BBC Sherlock fan, I deeply understand what you are going through.

just watched Drew Gooden’s video in the topic, and from this, I can diagnose the “overhyped media gets shit finale / continuitation” disease:

• media gets hyped and loved by millions “it is everywhere and everyone is referencing / copying it” -> creators get carried away, either visibly or not ; willingly or not.
• fans go and overanalyze every single frame / detail, thinking it has meaning and importance and foreshadowing
• media / show lasts for long, creators keep bigger and bigger breaks between each season’s / part’s writing, slowly losing the style and vibe (writer’s disease too)
• show gets dumbed down to fit kid audiences, because ofc kids swarm the fandom -> adults end up abandoning the show
• finale comes out, not concluding shit
• everything is obviously “just end it already” or rushed. and people are disappointed, feeling the time they put into the media, wasted
• fans are in denial, expecting a secret episode (it never happens) because the finale was so shit
• writers saying “uh idk” to every second question in interviews ( and making fun of themselves ) / they blame fans / foreshadowing and “secret hidden hints” are forgotten, even if they were there on purpose.
• retcons.
• bonus: creators admitting that they had no script when they went to the filming -> this NEVER happens in the professional film industry. fyi.
• bonus 2: media becomes merch-based, and it is without doubt now existing ONLY for you to spend money (a certain video game comes to mind)

This archive contains director and animator commentary of camp camp S1 and S2, to access these you need to download these episodes and using a program like VLC change the audio track to 2 or 3. There’s also basic instructions in one of the image files. If you need help please reach out to me! I might see if i can add a tutorial if some are having a tricky time with this :)

I have actually been working on a camp camp archive for a while of all the episodes, trailers, soundtrack, live streams, BTS, the blu ray rip, and maybe even some concept art if I can find some. I might even share any cameos I can find (with permission). I took a break just cuz downloads are really slow so i’ll see if I can find another way to get everything. If i do end up finishing it i might also upload it here! Mega also has a 20G file limit which i think id be waaay over so i might need to split it into 2 parts. If I do i may merge this file with it but that likely wont be for a while or ever! XD

Part of the reason why it took me so long to get this out today is because I’ve been running into a glitch with the mini boss at the end. There is a way to spare the boss, but for some reason, one of the mechanics wasn’t working when I moved it onto the website. It’s probably not something I was going to be able to fix within the next couple of hours so I decided to push it regardless. Within the next couple weeks, I should probably have this figured out and I’ll update the game to include that extra cut scene.
