atlanta is a gorggggg city
in my layover in Atlanta I decided to walk around a bit, find a local park and smoke a bowl before getting back on the next bus. I found some teeny tiny little Park in the middle of downtown. on the walk over I walked past the big food market thing that apparently happens every Saturday and a bunch of really pretty murals. there was this group of people, they looked like they were in their ‘50s, just kind of hanging out in a circle behind me. at one point a car came by loudly blasting some r&b song and the whole group started dancing and singing along it was so cute! then this little Muslim family starts walking up with these big boxes and someone from the group office to help, winds up helping this adorable little family set up a table and start selling little styrofoam things of spaghetti. The guy loudly shouted through the park “SPAGHETTI HERE!” and like everyone started walking up it was so precioussssss

- Tuna 口感類似熟成過、黏黏的。內部有個很薄的脆皮。最裡面是檸檬酸酸的內餡。鹹味明顯。
- 白蘆筍很嫩、味道淡淡的、蘆筍味。醃漬綠色草莓是碟型的，味道很像是酸白菜鍋的酸白菜。白草莓口感脆生。白肉色肉滑口感很嫩、類似嫩豆腐，味道鮮、有點奶味。淋上的高湯很像酸菜白肉鍋的高湯。 搭配的 2022 Les Parcellaires de Saulx Saint-Aubin En l'Ebaupin 非常適合！菜和酒都是清淡、優雅類型。
- 餃子似乎是兩個內餡的雙胞胎合併。奶香、麵粉香、香菇雞湯香。但是香菇是新鮮的口感、類似蘑菇。好吃。 搭配的 2020 Musella Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 有點類似加州 Zinfandel。我覺得太甜膩、酒精度偏高。
- 干貝是生的，口感感覺有熟成、黏黏的。一塊一塊的是柿子，口感介於曬乾的甜柿和新鮮的柿子之間。味道是柿子的香味，不會太甜。搭配蝦餅。混 aji amarillo 辣椒醬。對我來說太辣的。但是有趣。
- 和牛。表面是碳化的焦炭。肉內部幾乎是生的，不知道怎麼達到幾乎沒有灰色熟肉的部分。咬下去油脂噴發，相對不是太膩的動物脂肪，越咬油脂越多。沒有肌肉纖維的口感。是類似爆破椰果的感覺，咬的時候油脂流出，然後留下包覆油脂的皮的部分？！滿好吃的。但是吃兩片大概是油脂忍受的極限。旁邊是烤過的茄子，口感偏硬，不是中式料理軟爛的油膩的茄子。是很有汁水的堅挺的烤過的茄子。好吃。旁邊黑色的是茄子泥。搭配 2017 Chateau Rouget，柔軟的單寧、中上酒體、濃郁的果醬味，很好喝！
- 甜點是香瓜冰沙。淋上冷凍的食用花和白巧克力顆粒，口感脆脆的。混在一起吃居然是芭樂冰和梅粉的味道。太有趣。
- 粉紅色的球。結構是外圍脆脆的白巧克力薄脆皮包覆綿密的奶奶的內餡，味道混有榛果。同時底部有塔皮，而上頭是新鮮的葡萄柚和果凍雙口感。 搭配的是 2008 Gonet-Medeville Champ d'Alouette Grand Cru Extra Brut，很濃郁的奶油Brioche和烤麵包焦香，配上適當的酸度平衡，是我前幾名喜歡的香檳。加點一杯，被招待。開心。
- 白色的是茉莉冰沙。味道就是茉莉茶園蜜茶利樂包。
- 最後突如其來的菜單外的甜點。白花的是百香果巧克力脆皮。笑臉則是花生巧克力餅乾。
這套餐就是 ATL 最強吧！

前菜三品
- 小杯子葡萄柚好苦，鮭魚卵偏小、味道偏少。最後是餅的味道和脆脆的口感。尾韻是苦。
- 鵝肝很香、鹹、鮮。底部餅乾口感很像喜餅的餅乾。好吃。
- 一顆炸物頂著松露片。松露沒什麼味道。底部那顆很像瘦肉比例很高的、裹粉很薄的炸雞塊？！醬汁是柳橙。是在模仿 orange chicken吧？！
至於 Avize 招牌蛋，對我來說依舊味道太重。
雞湯凍太鮮、濃郁、旨味爆炸濃烈。
