Enjoy this gluten-free Strawberry Angel Fluff, which is light and fluffy. This dessert is sure to be a hit at any event because it has sweet preserves, creamy whipped topping, and juicy strawberries.

Ingredients: 1 16 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed. 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix gluten-free. 1 cup cold milk dairy-free alternative if needed. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped. 1 10 oz jar strawberry preserves gluten-free.

Instructions: Add the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Make sure the mixture is smooth and well mixed. Add the chopped strawberries slowly and carefully until they are spread out evenly in the mixture. Fill the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with half of the angel food cake cubes. Put half of the strawberry jam on top of the cake cubes. Put half of the strawberry angel fluff mix on top of the jam. Use the rest of the cake cubes, preserves, and fluff mixture to make more layers. Put it in the fridge with the lid on for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. If you want, you can add more strawberries as a garnish before serving.

HEAVEN ON EARTH CAKE

Ingredients

1 angel food cake, prepared

1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix

1 ½ cups milk

1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 can of cherry pie filling

1 container (8 ounces) cool whip

1 tablespoon roasted almond slices (optional)

Directions

Cut the angels cake into cubes. Set aside.In a bowl, In another bowl whisk togeather the pudding mix / milk / sour cream / & vanilla extract .

In a 13x9 baking dish place half of cake cubes evenly in bottom of pan. Spoon half of cherry pie filling on top of cake.

Repeat the cake layer. Pour pudding on surface of cake evenly.

Spoon the cool whip over the pudding layer. Spoon the remaining pie filling on top. Lightly swirl.

Chill the cake in fridge for 4 hours . Sprinkle the almonds on top when ready to serve.

1940’s cake flavoring. Angel Food Cake Flavor. It smells wonderful but maybe use it to flavor soaps or candles? Not sure you would want to bake with 80 year old flavoring.
