For Day Twenty-Eight, I’m going with a board game that feels like pure family time to me: Aggravation.
This one takes me back to a time long before computers, cellphones, and screens everywhere. Back when a Saturday evening meant gathering around the table, pulling out a board game, and just spending time together.
Aggravation was perfect for that.
Simple rules, colourful marbles, and just…

I don’t want this to be one of THOSE venting posts,
but,
why are men,
especially men online,
always wanting pics of my boobs?
During the past couple of days, true_George has been under the weather. It was not good that the doctor ordered that True_George take off from making the daily bread at the main gig has a managing government bureaucrat, and from the second gig being a counselor at the support house for the mentally ill.
This is unusual for True_George to take sick time from both gigs at one time. Hell,…
Noisy-Noisy cultural chaos is causing so many confused, stressed souls. We need God’s peace.
Cultural Noise
Why so much noisy, chaotic bickering in our family, schools, churches, community, states, nations??? Hmmmmm think about it… Have you ever lived in such a time where so many people have such a short temper? Noisy-Noisy backbiting people. Stop the noise. How? It begins getting back to our roots… remember this:
By the seventh day, God had completed creating his masterpiece, so on…

The cost of living can be measured in units of anxiety, annoyance and aggravation. – Michael Lipsey

November 20, 2023: 'Aggravation’s Portion’ (Yeshuah)…I tell you the truth, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit…I tell you the truth, we speak of
Aggravation’s Portion (Yeshuah)
we seek understanding
we demand that we know
but the only way
to truly know
which brings true understanding
is to allow truth to prevail
on the road to truth
aggravation endows
to exploit you
I† send you aggravation
I†, the Son†, Jesus†
send you thought’s process
so deep inside
you are able to deal
with the chains that bind you
and there are chains
chains you…

There is a massive humming noise coming from across the river at 11pm at night, and it’s driving me soft. You know that noise you used to get from the back of the fridge, that electronic humming/droning noise? That, but huge. I do not like it. Whatever farmer or business or power substation on that side of the river that’s turned something on, turn it off again. Please.
I hate big huge low grade sourceless noises like this. It’s like fluorescent lights, but worse, because there’s nothing normally over there that makes big huge humming noises, and I would like it to go back to having nothing over there that makes big huge humming noises. The hell? There’s an ‘industrial estate’ over there, but nothing that usually does anything at eleven o'clock at night.
Sorry. This is bugging me quite a lot.
Do you ever have those sucker-punches that steal the joy right out of you? I do. I’ll admit it! Whether it be just plain old aggravation or some careless thing I did (like putting my keys somewhere that I still can’t find them). Or it is simply dissatisfaction about THIS, THAT or the OTHER.
I’m guilty. I was offended when an online merchant deceived me. When will this Texas heat let up? My patio…

So sick of trying to find recipes that combat my health problems, only to find that I’m allergic to 1/3 of the ingredients.
A bitter taste upon one’s tongue
A sign to quit before it’s begun
A warning of what is yet to come.
Of anger and rage that makes one dumb.
It bends one’s thoughts to its own devices
Cackles unseen with malice and delight
It makes such a scene an unseemly sight
One that break away from peaceful light
We have to eat to survive
But can we really thrive?
Spend so much to get so little
Does it make sense?
Twenty items is all I got
But one hundred dollars is what I bought
Gas is needed to get around
But the prices they do astound
Eating out? Not a chance
I’ll go broke if I do that
It’s becoming a certain fact.
Prices go up, quality goes down
Paychecks “raise ” or so they say
But in…

I’ve long pondered the wonder of nature, that is the thoughts one holds.
They way they change form, drift to new shapes. Like liquid changing form.
Sometimes they are ethereal. Beyond our grasp again.
Like mist filled visions that we fail to touch. Or the clouds that blot the sky.
Always above, always in our sight. Yet beyond our skill to grasp.
At others they are rolling waves, crashing…
