Is There a Way to Talk Directly to Your Subconscious?

The Guided Technique That Makes Inner Change Finally Stick”**

We spend our lives trying to change through logic, discipline, and willpower — all conscious tools.
But the subconscious speaks a different language:
✨ images
✨ metaphors
✨ sensations
✨ symbols
✨ tone
✨ emotion

This is why self-hypnosis is uniquely effective.
It communicates in the native language of the subconscious.

The core technique is simple:
you bypass the analytical mind long enough to let deeper layers receive the message.

When you hear a metaphor like “stepping into a brighter path,”
the subconscious doesn’t interpret it as poetry.
It interprets it as instruction.

When you visualize a burden dissolving,
your subconscious registers it as release.

When you breathe slowly,
your nervous system shifts into safety mode,
opening the door for emotional healing and new patterns.

Suddenly, change stops feeling like effort
and starts feeling like alignment.

This is why people often say:
“I don’t know why… but I feel different.”
That’s the subconscious implementing the message.

If you want to experience how this inner communication feels, you can explore self-hypnosis here — softly, without expectation.

Meditation is powerful

Recently a woman successfully sued a yoga retreat for triggering her childhood PTSD. It is not clear what actually happened, as there are two different versions of events. The people running the yoga retreat said the activity was optional; she says it was compulsory.

Western uses of mindfulness & meditation

There has been a trend over the last decade or more of importing spiritual techniques…

Today’s lesson:

How to seperate your Negativi-tea from your Positivi-tea

We have talked about energy aka energ-tea.

For a rough recap: our energies are like tea, warm and fluid, but highly susceptible to things going wrong.

Inside of our energ-tea is all our vibes, our pain, our joy, our love, everything.

Imagine then, that you can seperate out one portion of tea, just your suffering, the pain, and hurt that is making our energy negative so that you can pour this into one tea cup.

This will make your aura fuller with positivity, which makes our tea more flavorful, more desirable, and perfectly balanced for our palates.

To do this you must first identify the negativity in your life.

You might see this as bad stuff but it’s not, it’s all good, it’s just that these flavors are changing your tea. To someone else, this flavor helps balance their tea, but for you, it’s like adding chocolate milk to green tea, gross and a little unsettling.

Once you identify the flavors, it’s easier to seperate them from the energies you want to keep. Ask yourself during this process, is this flavor still helping me balance my tea? If the answer is no, pour it into your teacup, keep it near and dear, but seperated from the rest, it’s still a good flavor, just not for us.

You’ll find that removing this negativi-tea will lighten your pot. Now is a good time to look around and see what energy is around you. Stop allowing negative thoughts, influences, and experiences impact you, put it directly into your teacup. Simultaneously, allow positivi-tea to replenish your pot.

So yesterday I taught myself a new trick

I can now summon silence in my mind

And I have to admit it’s an interesting feeling to have a complete absence of thought in my mind given it is almost constantly running so instead of trying to meditate, I decided to see if I could use my hijacking technique to reach the intended result faster

My brain gets really busy sometimes with all of the auto-sensory stuff going on and since I’ve reflexively and purposefully been hijacking my synesthesia using visualisation I decided to try and see if I could interrupt the “earworm effect” and have managed to do so successfully

Because my memory is eidetic I decided to use this to my advantage:

I waited until it was perfectly quiet outside and stared at the view with the intention to memorise what I was looking at to “save the sound sample”

Given that I’ve spent a great deal of time doing things like visualising my cupboard so I don’t have to write a shopping list and playing mashups in my head while listening to other songs and drowning out what is being played through my headphones with the sound playing in my head, my mental reflexes can complete this “sampling” reasonably quickly

I made a short throat clearing sound which makes it usable without making it obvious to those around me what I am doing while memorising the view to create a linked trigger that I can control (It’s also a tick I’ve noticed in some on the spectrum)

The next time my brain started the autoplay earworm when I was trying to sleep, I made the same throat noise to reinforce the image into my minds eye, and was successful at conjuring the associated sound of silence

The sensation was intriguing, it reminded me very much of my earliest memory as a baby when I was four months old staring around the room trying to conceptualise the colour image of white on the ceiling without any language

I realise this may not be a technique that everyone would be able to use but if it sounds useful I encourage you to take from it what is useful

As someone who really struggles with visualisation as a whole, I don’t see anything wrong with this. Of course creative liberties were taken with these games (Melinöe’s design is not accurate to her most defining feature — she has two different skin tones on different halves of her body) but other than certain epithets and descriptions of clothing/accessories for some, it’s not like the deities physical appearances were ever greatly described in any sources we still have, though there are a few consistent things across statues and cases like Apollo having a youthful appearance and long hair, but I think Hades probably kept a lot of those things in?

Anyway, everyone has a different way they imagine the appearance of the gods. I highly doubt it’s disrespectful

Yall I have gotten to a point where I don’t even need to nesscarily listen to audios to immerse myself…like I can literally imagine the words and the voice and my imagination will do the rest

Like I closed my blinds, put my noise canceling headphones on and swaddled myself in a blanket and had a full experience that I just made up…it’s kinda like playing pretend when you are a kid but ig while relaxing…visualization and knowing the right words to think played a key part in it…

Ofcourse I will continue listening to audios ,I never said I would stop, but if for some reason I didn’t have internet or whatever its nice to know that to some extent I could lul myself

I got up now and am feeling quite relaxed

Does anyone do this or is it just me ?
