2018.3.2　大雪の時は乗用車で生豆を届けて下さった運送屋さん、ありがとうございます。ほぼ雪は無くなりました。いつも麻袋を肩にかついで運んでくださるお兄さんが頼もしく助かっています。珈琲産地の方は、この60～70キロもある生豆入の麻袋を軽々と持ち上げているのです。写真や動画で見ていますが、力持ちだなぁ。身体の造りが違うのかしら？店主はかけ声を掛けるくらいのお手伝いしかできません。“パナマ ベルリナ農園 スペシャルリザーブ”のニュークロップが届きました。こちらの品種は100%ティピカ。そして、樹齢100年以上の古いティピカのある特定ブロックから収穫されているという珈琲。当店では、どの焙煎度でもかなりの人気者です。パストクロップが無くなり次第、焼きます。お味は確認済み。今日も定休日ですが、朝から焙煎作業を続けています。
