Alright, I suppose I’ll go left to right, then.
I think it goes without saying that Scandium is a little annoying to be around. He’s not a bad catto, but his personality makes him a little unbearable. Not to mention, whenever he turns on his light, it’s practically blinding.
Titanium’s pretty cool. I’ve not talked to her directly much, but I’ve heard all about her from Tantalum. She’s quite the innovation, as well. A fully robotic, sapient catto was something I never would’ve thought possible a few decades ago. Getting to go to space firsthand also must be awesome. I’ve never been to space, and I’m not really involved with anything to do with it, but it always has fascinated me.
Vanadium is nice, I guess. He’s quite active with a lot of metals, and often he makes announcements on my broadcasts. Like me, he also doesn’t have many uses on his own. He’s used in alloys a lot, and I’m most often used as Europium Oxide.
Chromium’s nice. She’s super reflective, which can get a little difficult to look at sometimes, but she makes incredibly colourful compounds, which I can admire. She’s quite toxic when she’s hexavalent, though, so sometimes I tend to stay away from her.
Manganese is great at giving hugs. They also don’t talk much. That’s pretty much all I know about them, but their pink eyes are pretty cool, though.
Iron… well, what can you really say about him? He manages almost every major facet of life here in the hotel, without him it’d surely all come collapsing down. I don’t talk to him much, though. He pretty much only talks professional stuff, so he can be a bit boring to talk to.
Cobalt is pretty cool! Although, he’s pretty anxious so we haven’t talked much. I’m good friends with Samarium though, so I’ve interacted with him vicariously through Sam. I know he also likes to play DnD, which I’ve heard a bit about, but never played myself.
You, Nickel… I’ll be honest, you have quite the obsession with money, don’t you? More than any other catto, I’d even go as far to say. Even more than Gold, the cult leader, or Hafnium, an actual banker. Also, remember the times you got yourself hurt trying to make a sneaky profit? Yeah, might want to consider changing your attitude, there…
Copper’s cool too. I don’t interact with her as much as say, Tantalum or Silicon, but she’s helped set up stuff in our studio before.
And Zinc… I’ll be honest, I think he’s got a crush on Iron, and either Iron’s too oblivious, or more likely, purposefully ignoring it. He’s pretty relaxed, though, so he’s nice to be around. He does leave some stains around wherever he goes, though, which can be a bit of a pain.
Anyways, thank you for the question, Nickel!
Again, I’m just a monitor, not a full computer, so no, I cannot get hacked. It would probably feel super weird if I did, though. I’ve heard that Titanium had some similar issues early on, and that was not good, at all.
I mean, sometimes. Food does look very enticing, but yeah, of course I can’t eat. Sometimes it gets a little unbearable, but I usually don’t mind it all that much.
To give me the ability to eat would be a task and a half, though. Like Tantalum, I’m partially robotic, although unlike her, her being mostly organic still, I’m a majority mechanical parts. I still have some of the basic organs of a catto, such as the heart and the brain (or sometimes combined to form the nucleus, depends on whether we’re anthro or just basic catto), but I don’t have any kind of digestive system whatsoever.
So unless she’s planning on being able to make an entire set of internal organs, then I probably will never be able to eat anything. She’s an impressive mechanic, don’t get me wrong - making a not only sentient, but sapient fully mechanical catto like Titanium was something none of us thought possible, at all. But, I just don’t think she’d be able to do it.
