The Integrator’s Real Job in the Level 10 Meeting (It’s Not Running the Agenda)
Just watched The Integrator’s Real Job in the Level 10 Meeting by Chris Beer. This isn’t just about running an agenda — it’s about owning the room and leading with clarity and discipline. If you’re an Integrator, this is a must-watch to understand how to truly lead the team in your Level 10 meetings
As much as I love WIS edits where people take two characters against each other in combat, I often wonder what it would be like for them fight together instead.
What would the circumstances be? How would they interact? Who or what are they fighting against?
It’s why I think 1v2, 2v2, 3v1 edits and etc. are underrated. I find just as if not more interesting when characters from different franchises are on the same side to fight someone from a third-party of a much bigger scale.

Great projects don’t succeed because of luck — they succeed because of clear planning and strong execution.
Whether you’re launching a product, organizing an event, or running a marketing campaign, project management is what turns ideas into real results.
But here’s the truth:
Project management doesn’t need to be complicated.
At its core, it’s simply about:
• Breaking big goals into smaller steps
• Giving every team member clarity on their role
• Tracking progress consistently
• Adjusting when challenges appear
When done right, project management creates structure, transparency, and accountability — all things high-performing teams rely on.
One of my favorite reminders comes from Dwight D. Eisenhower:
“Plans are nothing; planning is everything.”
Taking the time to plan properly can save weeks of confusion later.
If you want a simple framework for planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects, I break it down in this guide.

It’s one thing to be in the video, but having a friend film it makes the memory even better.

A concise, descriptive, and accurate headline for the image
Six South Indian men stand side-by-side on a stage, posing happily for a group photograph. They are diverse in their attire: three men wear traditional white dhoti/veshti with formal shirts, and three men wear dark business suits. They stand in front of a green backdrop made of LED screens, displaying logos like ‘GREEN,’ 'MY HOME,’ 'DESIGNER,’ and 'FABULOUS.’ The men are smiling and looking directly at the camera. The setting appears to be a formal corporate or business event.“

The best question I was ever asked by a chief executive of a company which benefited not only myself, but my company and team was, “What Keeps You Up At Night?”. The subtle meaning of which are the complex issues and critical threats, or risks to business or even challenges that cause angst or anxiety. Maybe even items that require immediate attention or action. For me the answer always starts with “not knowing what I don’t know” (meaning not aware of an issue or being informed of an issue, especially when it’s too late). However, culling it down to knowns does help get to those critical issues.
The best productivity riddle question is “How do you eat an elephant?”…. answer “One bite at a time.”
Those simple questions allowed the team and I to develop a list of issues to work through that was then culled into two categories. One category was simply entitled “Low Hanging Fruit” which were items that could easily be resolved within a week or less with minimal effort or time equity. In management speak, they were the efficient bucket items. The other list had to be culled, meaning we broke it down into subcategories for Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment. Then we went back over each list to ensure it wasn’t “Low Hanging Fruit”, what was left was then prioritized with 1 being a top priority and so on. This allowed us to easily pick the top three effective priorities for each department head, but also as a department develop SMART goals for the number one priority from each delivered as the top 5 to our corporate ownership. So, we then began eating the elephant and addressing the top priorities to improvement for QHSSE.
I will also say that at some point during each year, I reviewed said list(s) and as part of that review ran it through my personal accountability filter, meaning was each decision made ethical, moral, and legal which thankfully always were, so I slept quite well, literally.
Till next week, Figure Out What Keeps You Up at Night, and as always: LEAD ON!

Gift from a coworker I helped this week. They are delicious and “Naughty & Nutty” just like me. 😂 😇
