Indulge in the savory goodness of easy stuffed shells filled with a delectable mixture of Italian sausage, crispy bacon, and creamy cheeses. This comforting dish is sure to please the whole family with its rich flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients: 1 box jumbo pasta shells. 1 lb ground Italian sausage. 6 slices bacon, diced. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg. ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley. ¼ teaspoon salt. ¼ teaspoon black pepper. 1 jar marinara sauce.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Follow the directions on the package to cook jumbo pasta shells until they are al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Cook diced bacon in a pan until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. Leave the bacon grease in the pan. Cook the ground Italian sausage in the same pan until it turns brown and is fully cooked. Take it off the heat and set it aside. Put ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the cooked sausage and bacon. Combine well. Place some sausage and cheese inside each cooked pasta shell. Put a little marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Cover the stuffed shells with the rest of the marinara sauce. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the shells are hot and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more chopped parsley.
