love the idea that Derek gets on just as much if Stiles’ nerves as Stiles does his [furthering my ‘Derek Hale is a little shit’ agenda]
he’ll purposely talk in circles when explaining something until Stiles throws his hands up and shouts, “forget it! i’ll figure it out myself!”
talk in a decibel only the wolves can hear, driving Stiles crazy.
he’ll tell Stiles something in the most monotone voice, having Stiles think he’s being serious only for Stiles to barge back into the room five minutes later, exasperated, “you were joking, weren’t you?” to which Derek shrugs with a shit-eating smirk.
Stiles cannot watch a movie in peace because Derek is always there to lean over and whisper either inaccuracies in the film or say something that’s completely made up — which Stiles wouldn’t know until he’d google it later.
Derek probably even purposely eggs on petty/minor fights just to see the way Stiles’ lips part and eye twitch at the same time.
riling Stiles up is probably one of Derek’s many favorite hobbies
