good evening! i didn’t have much energy to wrote something yesterday. the whole day was crazy. i got bad news at work. the mean buyer got a higher position and is basically my boss in three months. i won’t have much to do with him, because he is going to be the direct boss of my boss. i really hope there won’t be a bad tension in the air at work .. i love my job, especially recently i was even happy about the stress at work. it made me feel alive and and idk i just love what i am doing at work everyday. i won’t let this get me down and demotivate me. everything is going to be alright.

after work i drove to vienna because i wanted to get a new haircut .. i am back in my bob era hehe. so now my hair can grow healthy. i really want to have long hair :(

also i am almost finish with “ignite me”. ugh i am soo in love with warner and a also with kenshi. but warner, gos he has a my heart. i also got the next two books today .. i am so sure i will finish book 3 tonight. i won’t be able to wait for the next book arrive.

nothing is going to happen tonight. i will just spend my time with my fam in vienna and then continue reading.

4.       Understand Your Strengths

Being aware of your strengths and weaknesses can make you more efficient and productive. Before taking up a new project with a different team, you must take inventory of the strengths and weaknesses of your teammates.

5.       Stick to Schedule at all cost

Emergencies can throw everything off the table and can catch you off guard. So from the start make some ground rules with your team, such as for how long a meeting will last and how often will those meetings happen. It is easier to get pulled in all directions instead of focusing on one thing. Figure out how people like to communicate and talk things out. Whether short meetings or long meetings are perfect, or would you rather do an email or chat update at the end of the day.

It makes sense that you would like to finish up work that is been delegated to you, but sometimes to finish work on deadlines, you can ask for help from your peers. Once the word is done, acknowledge them for their help and say thank you.

Time for a little positivity, I’m hoping this can put a smile on your face! As per usual, I like breaking down positive quotes and analyzing them, I think there’s a lot to uncover! Today is no exception — Coming from @itcertification_certmagic on Instagram, the quote is “Every accomplishment begins with the decision to try.”

Do we know why this is? It’s because everything that happens once started as nothing. It started as zero. Everything requires a first step, overcoming inertia and building into a steady momentum.

Okay, so that handles the first half, “every accomplishment begins”, but what about the rest — “with the decision to try”. When is it that we make the decision to try?

To me it happens in two different settings — The first setting is pretty obvious, it’s at the origin or the start. We make some decision that takes us from inaction to action, and that transition is the decision to try. But the second set is a little more overlooked, and I think more interesting. It’s the moment we commit and go all in. How many times have we started something and then not backed it up with our actions? Those are the situations where we’re convincing ourselves we’re trying, but we really haven’t started trying yet. Great things can’t happen until you commit to the result you want.

This thought pairs really well with a quote I learned from my mentor Mike Sherbakov, taken from the book “As a Man Thinketh” by James Allen. The quote goes, “The greatest achievement was at first, for a time, a dream.”

So that’s the start, identifying the dream and what you want to achieve. Then we turn that dream into a reality, “Every accomplishment begins with the decision to try”. Go all-in on that dream and make it happen! And I’d say, knowing that we have the power to turn our dreams into a reality is definitely something worth smiling about!
