Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. ¼ cup diced onion. ¼ cup diced pickles. 2 large eggs. ¼ cup almond flour. ½ teaspoon garlic powder. ½ teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and grease a muffin tin. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced pickles, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing down slightly to form muffin shapes. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these keto cheeseburger muffins warm or at room temperature!
